- How often does the player list updates?
- Suppose I write a program to periodically fetch data from the online list, what should be the minimum refresh rate, considering the server load and such.

AActually unless it changed recently FLwatcher is broken lol
seems to show who is online. i am now and it looks right.
FL Watcher is broken for me as well, that's why I made my own.

Why not? This kind of program isn't hard to write. It's better than having private groups abusing the advantages.
