Here's an idea. How about making a video on every ( or most important) factions. For example you make a video on rogues , how to play a rogue. Post about it here and instead of making a new char, for which you need money and time, just ask if someone can borrow you their rogue ship for like an hour do the video and give it back. Simple as that. Lots of people like your videos so i'm sure you will not have problems getting the ships you need. Of course you can rename it first so no issues with that.
Another thought is you can go on TS with a guest, maybe a veteran and play alongside, maybe give a few tips for new players. Or why not you can also do a video/s with a new player, answering his questions and all that. Should be fun and make the videos more exciting .
