2. What exactly are you requesting?

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
It's impossible to take this to any encounter because of the 10% core. It would be nice if the ship could finally show up in encounters and be properly used instead of being pure decoration.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
That's a very, very broad question. I'm going to summarize the whole thing.
This ship belongs to the Royal Princess of Gallia Alice DeFrance. Alice has always been close to the citizens in general and that usually got her in trouble with Aurelia DeFrance, her sister (played by Dab) that was more of a fighter and completely focused on the vengeance on the Sirians. She was relatively okay with Joseph DeFrance whom pretty much spent his time drunk with lots of hookers.
Alice was kept for a fairly large amount of time in the Core systems while Aurelia was fighting the council (4.85, the core worlds were not accessible and the GRN was fighting the Council in the Gallic borderworlds) but eventually Alice realised she had to take a more active role if she wanted things to change and so disobeyed The King's order to stay in the Core Worlds and illegally used the one-way gate from the Core Worlds to the Gallic Borderworlds.
Not much happened at that point for a while. Later on, when the GRN pushed through and started attacking Bretonia, Alice disagreed very much with the extent of the invasion that seemed to her to be an extermination plan rather than an invasion. It eventually led to her meeting Zoners in the Taus (OSI) and using her power to try to stop this madness by attempting to bring some Sirians into Gallia so the people would see they were not the savages they were pictured as in propaganda. Eventually that failed.
Later on, after the Order started to come into Gallia and lots of stuff happened, she was made aware of the Nomad threat and went on her way to find the Order. Unexpectedly, the Blood Dragons allowed the Normandie to travel through their space after hearing out Alice but they made her well aware they would ask for that favor to be returned one day. The Blood Dragons provided the Normandie with basic maps of the surrounding systems, which allowed the ship to reach the Sigmas. (unfortunately don't have forum stuff on that BD stuff, it was all ingame, I don't know if someone ever posted a MD of it).
tl;dr They reached the Omicrons, Nomads attacked and instead of the Order it's the LN that showed up. They ended up as POW as the LN had no idea wtf to do with them. Days later, Alice DeFrance was invited by President Powell and they talked quite a lot. He promised Liberty would help Gallia with it's nomad threat and post-war stability if Alice and people loyal to her gave a hand in pushing back the Gallic offensive.
So currently, she's focused on helping out the LN and BAF against the GRN as the only way to reach the kingdom is by pushing back the offensive. She doesn't trust the Council very much as she believes the Command of the Council only plans to change a tyran for another under the guise of pseudo democracy.
In the long term, when the war is over, her plan is to try to rebuild Gallia into a better house. So far, that doesn't seem to be guaranteed.
