Genossen,
This message is meant to inform you of the fact that a Oberst of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee has been appointed. Erich Klugmann has returned after a long time of absence. Despite having been gone quite a while and quite suddenly, his reputation hasn't been hurt and thus there was little choice for the Kommandanten other than to give him command of the Widerstand once more. This means the absent Alexander Fuchs has now been officially replaced. This also means that I no longer am the acting Oberst of the Widerstand.
