Aguirre has been sanctioned for:

Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

Consequences: Blasting the Kempeitai player without saying a word is not what we want to see around here. Please talk to the guy before opening fire. Your guns and credits have taken a permanent vacation from your ship. A sanction note sits in their place.

Dear Garrett,
now you may find me upset. In fact, I obey the server rules.
That guy told me, that I would not survive the encounter.
That guy followed my ship for a long distance and when he
reached me, he started shooting at me before I could do anything else.
So I shot back and hit him by two blasts of my full weaponry.
I do think, that this is a behaviour, which is right complying with the server rule
to be read below, second sentence. So, why do I get a sanction for this ???
