Alley must be waiting for the individuals in question to 'cry' about it. its quite sad really.

Well, she has me blocked, so I can't really qq at her either way.

The list of individuals who should have new color, but do not have it is quite large.
For example, "untrustworthy" Snak3 and Omicega are dark blue already, while "trustworthy" Shinju and Vulkhard should "cry".
Those are really some baseless speculations.
