In order to subsidise a good work ethic, a number of corporate bonuses have been reinstituted. These bonuses are available for all staff members, and generally reward good conduct and record keeping. Claims should be lodged in this channel, with one entry per employee, per month. Claims will be paid at the end of each month on the last working day. Any claim not lodged prior to this will roll over into the next month. Should an employee be dissatisfied with a discretionary decision made in relation to a claim, the first point of contact is the employee's direct manager. #1 InfoNet Report: $5,000,000.
By reporting your activities, convoy operations and other valuable information in the InfoNet, you become eligible for this payment. The payment is valid for each genuine report made. Paid at the discretion of Bowex Services HR.
#2 Convoy Participation: $5,000,000.
All Bowex) participants of a convoy action who are officially recorded in the InfoNet are eligible to claim this bonus. This bonus may be compounded with the payment for writing the InfoNet report itself. A convoy is considered to be any formation of three or more ships that are flying together in an organised manner. Paid at the discretion of Bowex Services HR.
#3 Overtime Compensation: $15,000,000.
The overtime bonus is eligible to be claimed for each full day of time an employee has clocked up in company property at the end of a working month. This can be counted across multiple vessels captained by the same person, i.e. 12 hours on two different transports, and even compounded, i.e. 2 days is worth $30m.
#4 Corporate Headhunting: $20,000,000.
An employee that successfully recruits an applicant will be eligible to claim this bonus upon said applicant completing their probation period.
#5 Bounty Bonuses: variable.
Any employee who successfully defeats an enemy of the crown within Bretonia or its directly adjacent systems will be eligible for a +50% bonus to claim payouts when said target is claimed on the Bretonian Bounty Board. If an enemy target is destroyed during a convoy action anywhere in Sirius, the claim bonus for the Bretonian Bounty Board increases to +100%. These bonuses do not stack and are processed by Bowex internally, and are not handled by the Bretonian Bounty Board administration.
#6 Cargo Insurance: variable.
Any ship with 12 or more hours on its clock for that month is imbued with automatic cargo insurance. This allows you to claim back losses from piracy demands, or the cost of cargo and lost profits from delivery if your cargo and ship is lost. All claims are issued at the discretion of the Bowex Services Insurance Coordinator.

#7 Public Relations: variable.
Any employee who undertakes an act or action that reflects extremely positively on the company - or conversely, causes extreme discomfort or embarrassment to our rivals - will be eligible for this bonus. Whether this bonuses is awarded, and how much the reward will be is decided at manager discretion. Incidents an employee feels merits this bonus should be reported to a line manager through the InfoNet.
#8 Lottex: variable.
Lottex is an exclusive lottery draw for Bowex employees. The draw will be conducted at the end of each month, with a guaranteed basic pot of 50 million credits. Employees may purchase as many Lottex tickets as they wish, at the cost of 10 million credits. This fee should be dispatched to the Bowex)Meles.Regalis. Inform a line manager of your ticket purchase and the central registry will be updated to log your details
