The Exiled Party has "subsisted" for decades now as a "bottom-feeder" within the very Rheinland it originally created. I can confidently state that the Bundschuh are at their highest ebb since Botzler's Sacrifice.

We now have a goal ahead of us. Prior to the discovery that the Buro der Marineintelligenz is hoarding Nomad Materials aboard, Nassau Space Port was to be treated as a civilian entity.

No longer.

Bundschuh and fellow Rheinlanders,

Probing raids and hit-and-fades have been conducted against Nassau in the last two weeks since the operation began. We've found that the shield generator is the primary obstacle, and not the anti-capital fixed defensive emplacements, which have a hard time tracking smaller targets.

With this in mind, we'll need to shift our tactics so a radical degree. For the time being, Republican Shipping convoys are to be labelled as Paramount Foes of Rheinland's People, and if they are carrying supplies used for the maintaining of Modular Stations, they are to have the cargo removed by any means necessary.

Myself and the leaders of the sects Rote Adler and Vereinigung der freien Männer wholeheartedly support this emergency measure with evidence of Nassau's and possibly Republican Shipping's involvement with Nomad Research. Pending the Vorsitzende Eistochter's approval, we are to begin targeting these convoys until Republican provides an explanation both to us, and to Rheinland's people.

I expect to see all of you in Rheinland working to complete this operation's objectives.

The sects' representatives in the Central Committee have agreed upon this change in tactics and I approve this wholeheartedly. I will not allow anyone soldier or civilian to endanger not only themselves and not even just the local population, but potentially the entirety of humanity. They are most likely conducting foolish experiments and research on alien creatures with power beyond comprehension and the intent of removing us all from the Sirius sector.

Additional resources should be reassigned to the Neu Berlin system. Operations can be staged either from Bruchsal in Frankfurt or the allied Kaiserlauter Depot within Neu Berlin itself.

These are not civilians, these people are actively working towards the downfall of all humanity.
