I was refering to Discovery's Kusari and Rheinland. The Vanillia ones are Tokugawa Bakufu period mixed up with 1930s pre-Nationalist Japan, and Rheinland being... I'm not even sure what is Rheinland to be in the first place, Empire of Germany mixed up with post-Cold War FRG?

Yes, this was provocative. It was said to provoke the hostile into attacking us. It was said in a roleplay scenario referring to a roleplay scenario, intending to provoke a roleplay response.

I see many cases when people insult each other with roleplay statements and provocations, many of them are very, very offensive, even more offensive than swear words. Yet, these are allowed on the server, so you can't say we were in a red zone here.

As for the Takbirs and Jihads:
1) I gave several instances proving that the term is not offensive and was not meant to be offensive in our use.
2) We stopped using them immediately after we were warned.

Now our conflict here is again, a disagreement. Are you SERIOUSLY backing up your point with threatening to use your admin powers? Are you SERIOUSLY going to punish us because we disagree with you? Now, that would be power abuse indeed.

I think the administration team (and especially you, Jansen) is more mature and open to the opinion of senior, returning members than to do that. If you keep banning people off because they disagree in a polite manner, you won't have anything left but 4 people roleplaying in an NFZ.

I trust that even if we disagree and won't get to a point of mutual understanding, we will treat each other with mutual respect as adult men.

Heck, don't you even have the slightest understanding? Don't you think it might be a little disrespectful and abusive running into yelling "allahu akbar" in an international community, while exactly such term, was phrased by the media within the attacks in Paris some time ago?
Double heck, me as a German still won't ever say "I'm a proud a german." or like a couple americans still do, running through the streets or sitting in front of a wrestling match and scream "USA, USA,...".
Some things are seriously out of place.

Ok...simple scenario. You were one of the visitors of Bataclan, seeing a mass got shot down right after someone yelled allahu akbar. Wouldn't you feel a little uncomfy or abused if someone do it here?
Even I'm not related at all to it I feel abused somehow.
South Park is South Park, everyone knows that anything there is only a caricature to a specific topic.
It's not about, there is anyone, anywhere, who gets abused by anything.

Anyway....this is not a discussion thread...it is a feedback thread. The sanction mentioned in the formerly feedback of Sturmwind is justified. If he have any further comments or concerns about it, he should post it into the sanction thead.
