I am trying to find out the conditions of diplomatic status on the NPC factions with the other factions that aren't on their list of ally/enemy. Say for example the Hogosha and the ALG Waste Disposal. What would they have for a diplomatic status. Or Xenos and the Unioners. these types of things. where do I find this kind of info? I am not as advanced as I could be I guess. Heh, thanks.
