A: After further consideration how it's meant to fit into demand shown in feedback, this message is RP-excuse to introduce certain rules about DHC transmissions.

A: It means that from now on, DHC-sent messages are inRP set to self-destruct after one read. Oorply, they obviously will not be deleted so people can read them more then one time.

A: Transmission sent by DHC is set to self-destruct, and while receiver can save/copy it and relay to someone else, the original message is not here inRP anymore.
