I would not count on much with that GPU.
anychance you can get a decent gfx card?

other wise with onboard gfx your going to struggle

Sort GPUs by those with 4 or 5 stars, then sort by price to get the lowest price at the top of the list. You can get a budget GPU for less than the retail price of some new games. Get a card with at least 2GB VRAM and as high a clock speed as you can afford. Consider it an investment in your entertainment on par with actually buying a new game.

Cookie-cutter PC building guide, consider the parts suggestions there as well.
and check your powersupply wattage and amps
I can not change Graphic Card, Here in my country graphic cards are too much expensive
Here is more info I get about Graphic card

1st off turn off all "fancy" stuff, desktop widgets etc, then go into control panel>system>advanced system settings> then click on advanced tab, then performance, and change settings to "adjust for best performance"

what is running when you boot up?
your GPU and system is of rather little concern depending on what games you like.

List of neat games for medium to low end computers:

Blackwell series (adventure)
Binding of Isaak (twin shooter)
Don't starve (artsy survival)
Valkyria Chronicles (turn based strategy)
Cities Skylines (its a better Sim City that runs in unity)
Supreme Commander Forged Alliance (real time strategy - older but still one of the best imo)
Legend of Grimrock II (old school dungeon crawler)
Trine (platformer)
Orcs must die 1&2 (tower defense)
skullgirls (fighting game)
Shadowrun (RPG)
Sword of the Stars (real time strategy/4x) ... not sots II ...
Sword of the Stars, the pit (survival - and pretty good)
FTL (no idea what genre)

All the above games should work well on your computer .... and are quite enjoyable.

If you are into more mature games aswell...

The vanishing of Ethan Carter (adventure)
Gone Home (adventure)
This war of mine (survival)
Always sometimes monsters (...)

I think those were enough games for low end computers to satisfy months of gameplay...
