:mellow:I just looked at the rules again, and I must have missed it. I didn't see anything about dock camping. How is it defined? I'm sorta new here, and I just want to understand the rules so I don't break them. And are we allowed to fly through enemy territory (not guard systems)?

I too have not seen dock-camping in the rules.
(I know you cannot shoot on someone un-docking however.)
You should be allowed to fly through enemy territory otherwise how would you engage your enemy?
if it was in the rules, Admins would get 200% more reports
"He was at 5k from the base!"
"He was near the TL"
etc... not good
However, if NPC don't shoot the "camper" a report can be made for OORP
