If you're planning to make a new model for GS. Could you also re-texture the current LH Gunship with something more HDish?

I CAN do ANYTHING you wish design-wise. The question is whether there is a need in a new style or no.
This and everything else are the questions to be discussed here, so please go on and brainstorm.
Quote:You have been given the designs of former modelers, so you have an idea on how to start it.

Quote: Lane Hackers are the exact opposite of Liberty Rogues, they value efficiency over firepower, agility over armor and speed over powercore. Their ships are sleek, light and extremely expensive due to rare materials and sophisticated electronics specialized for their needs. Lane Hackers are few but influential - if a certain part costs three times more than its regular counterpart but is slightly better - they will go for it completely ignoring maintenance costs. Lane Hackers operate a bit like special forces. They prefer to remain undetected until they can swiftly intercept their target and quickly retreat afterwards. Their ships reflect this nature being hard to spot and specialized in escape techniques. All these traits should be incorporated in the design. While we think that sleek flat designs inspired by Bayonet will reflect Lane Hackers best, but it is obviously entirely up to the artist's vision.

Bayonet. That is another ship in which you can be inspired of.

As for more inspiration, the Lane Hackers are a Libertonian group while we conducted vast roleplay on Outcast technology. Subsequently, a hybrid of a Guardian with a Rapier might be a good way to start. Obviously the ship should not be a bad copy of those two models, but you can copy some parts that you want on your model.
As been mentioned. Bayonet was teh closest take on what LH line should be. I am thinking of something like it, but rather less curvy, with balance moved towards mid or back (like BW ships with their heavy backs), maybe some asymmetry and blockyness.
Seeing a Guardian mixed with a Rapier is an interesting thought, since the Prosecutor (Hellfire VHF) is basically a Sabre mixed with a Guardian.

Sabre was rather different looking from Guardian, thus they mixed well. Not sure of Rapier though (OC VHF?)
This is the only picture I can find of the Rapier.
