Within The Core it's pilots are encouraged to form their own squadrons with set goals and objectives to further boost the organizational structure of The Core and to help the faction reach it's objectives. Closer cooperation will also be useful for establishing unbreakable bonds between individual pilots, but will also grow healthy rivalries between squads - encouraging them to do better than their peers in order to gain rewards and favour from Core High Command. Pilots may submit a request to high command via S.K.Y.P.3 protocols if they wish to form a squad. Approved squads will have their information posted here.

If you wish to create a squad, please craft it around these guidelines:

What is the name of your squad?
What is your squad tag?
What are the objectives and goals of your squad?
What is the area of operations of the squad?
Who leads the squad?
Does your squad have any other individual rules?

Writing a simple information summary, as well as the above aforementioned information, and then submitting the request to a member of High Command will suffice. Once High Command approves your squad, you must send 10,000,000 to Core|Bank.1 and then it can be posted in this channel for other pilots in The Core to view and join if they are interested.

// The squad system allows players to create mini-factions within Core| which, within the bounds of The Core roleplay, have their own specialised goals and objectives. Players within Core| will be allowed to join these squads with their character(s) and contribute to the roleplay. Recruitment into a squad occurs in game, and applicants to squads must make a report in the reporting channel when they join a squad. Squad tags will be placed at the end of a character name, i.e Core|Joe.Bloggs[X] or Core|Joe.Bloggs[45th]. Squads can have up to a maximum of 4 players, including the leader, thus the squad leader has to micro-manage their own squads. The squad leaders themselves can define their process of recruitment into their squad. Squads that perform well will be rewarded with extra monetary bonuses, which can go towards either developing the squad or paying squad members salaries.

// The purpose of this thread is for it to be a place where the information posts of each squad may be listed. Squad leaders are permitted to freely edit their post to update information if necessary.
