Sisterhood of Dreams - Standing Orders

Konbanwa Sisters, these shall be your standing orders to be carried out when irregular operations are not being pursued. If any incident of note occurs, please submit a report to this channel below detailing the events. Merit and reward shall be attributed according to reported actions that align with your standing orders.

Priority Targets

Kishiro Technologies - Kishiro's hand to play in the establishment of a Gallic controlled Republic should not go unaccounted for. They support an enemy of the Child Empress financially and logistically. If the Captain's of their vessel will not atone for their actions, engage them. Weakening their trade infrastructure will make it that much easier to overcome the Republic.

Kusari Naval Forces, Kusari State Police - The backbone of the puppeteered Kusarian "government". Don't trust their lies and punish them for spreading them. Especially female pilots may be captured and made to join our 'Dream' by showing them 'The Orange Dream'.

Samura Industries - Samura support the deposed imperial line, whose claim currently is in the hands of Tetsuya. We cannot afford those Exiled to succeed in their goals in re-establishing the old imperial regime, as it shall only serve to delay the acension of Amaretsu's hand to the throne. If they do not take action to sabotage or undermine their corporations activities, Sisters are to put out of action any Samura trade captains.

The Order - Any combat vessel transmitting Order callsigns shall be destroyed. Any transport transmitting Order callsigns shall be questioned about its destination and stripped of anything valuable to our cause. If they don't comply treat them as combat targets just as their military vessels.

Secondary Targets

Bounty Hunters Guild, Corsairs, Farmers Alliance, Gallic entities, Hogosha, Independent Miners Guild, Kusari Exiles, The Core - Secondary targets include pilots of hostile factions mentioned. These are to be engaged as and when the situation dictates and necessitates.

Tertiary Targets

Freelancers, other unaffiliated entities and everyone considered neutral and below not specifically mentioned should be tested on where they stand according to the will of the Child Empress. If they prove to be enemies, treat them as you would treat any other hostile. If they prove to be helpful to our cause, show them the utmost courtesy.

Operations

Travelling Yomi - inactive Orbital Spa and Cruise have leaked communication codes under duress to the Sisterhood of Dreams. The Sisterhood seeks to use OSC communication networks to inspire a revolution.

Hou-oo - complete Resources are being gathered at Battleship Matsuda, with the aim of restoring her to system-jump functionality and moving her to a secure location.

Flower in Bloom - active Being a splinter group, the Sisterhood of Dreams seeks to build upon it's current powerbase and expand the fleet and materials it has access to.

Yume no Kusari - active The Cardamine route through Kusari is the most valuable source of income and resources to the Chrysanthemum movement, and as such must be secured and facilitated under our terms within Kusari.

Kyuyu no Yume - active In combination with their disruption and discouragement regarding the Helium-3 and H-Fuel trade in Kusari the movement also seeks to get control over the Samuran gas miners located in the Shiden Cloud in Hokkaido.

Ekitai buru no yume - active To reach a higher state of mind across the sisterhood and to enable the empress to be in a permanent communion with Amaterasu it is necessary to find a steady supply of 'The Blue Dream', Liquid Cardamine.

Allied Assistance

Blood Dragons - Blood Dragons are a key ally. Mutual support is encouraged wherever justified or required. This being said, they seek a claim to the throne that challenges that of the Child Empress. Be on your guard for attempts to subvert or harm the Empress, and discretely seek weakness in the Dragons that may later prove valuable.

Lane Hackers - Our newly flourished alliance and business relation with the Lane Hackers needs to be cherished. 'The Orange Dream' shall flow to Leiden Base and we shall partake in joint operations with our foreign friends to protect our common interests in Galileo, Kepler and Shikoku.

Outcasts - Outcasts are a valuable ally to Chrysanthemums. Not only do they supply the Cardamine on which we depend, they also are a source of support from a party that does not seek a claim to the imperial throne. Whilst you are not their lackey's, providing allied support to them in justified situations is encouraged. However, stay aware for any attempts to influence events in Kusari proper.

Arrangements

Independent Neuralnet Division - In exchange for monthly financial support to our cause The Division receives a share of our collected data about Samura Industries, Kishiro Technologies and other's shipping intrests. Including interactions with the Kusari Naval Forces. Of course that means we spare their vessels as long as they don't deal with our enemies in Kusari. - //Duration: indefinitely, as long as they pay and don't cause any conflict.

Omicron Supply Industries - These Zoners recently have shown their support for our cause by supporting us with materials for the Matsuda and earned our temporary tolerance in Kusari as long as they don't overstep their welcome by collaborating with our enemies. - //Ends: 26th July 2016

Diplomatic Contact

If a Sister encounters an unknown or unregistered faction within our archives, please submit a report so a further investigation of the entity may be carried out. Furthermore, if contact is made with a group seeking diplomatic negotiations, please handle the situation accordingly and report the events so that they may be followed up.

Sisters,

the Zoners belonging to Omicron Supply Industries recently showcased their usefulness to us and we entered a temporary agreement with them. For further details please refer to the "Arrangements" section in your standing orders.

The Order, untrustworthy "allies" of The Blood Dragons... after their devious attacks on our sisters in Nagano - not only once, but twice - they shall pay the price. These foreigners from the deep Omicrons are no longer to be ignored by us in the goddess' Kusari and shall not be allowed to stain her with their shadowed and ill intentions any longer.

The Independent Neuralnet Division seems to understand the need of our revolution in Kusari. We will exchange data with them assuming they put it to good use by negatively influencing the current Kusarian economy.

from this moment on the Gas Miners Guild is considered as 'neutral' and can be treated by you just as any other neutral entity. No allied assistance, no courtesies. If they turn out to be not beneficial to our cause, treat them like you would any other foreign entity, at your own leisure.

Considering the denial of our generous ultimatum we gave the GMG| we will now start the operation:

Kyuyu no Yume

An operation dedicated to weaken Kusari's fuel supplies while strengthening our own.

For one we will target especially, but not exclusively, GMG|-tagged vessels and vessels transporting Helium-3 and H-Fuel heading towards Kusari or during any mining operations. These commodities can't reach their buyers within Kusari under any circumstances.
Since we aren't savages: cooperation shall be rewarded with kindness. Resistance however can be handled at each sister's own leisure as long as it is ensured the delivery doesn't reach its stained destination.

The other part of this operation consists out of us gaining control over the Samuran gas miners and therefore the mining area in the Hokkaido system to cut the Kusarian brainwashers off of these supplies as well.

Once we succeed, food deliveries will arrive late or not at all, the Kusarian engine of war will stutter and eventually stop to run and the population will start to wake up out of their nightmare. At this point a revolution of mind will start to blossom amongst the poor and oppressed citizens of Kusari and their thoughts will grow more receptive for Amaterasu's warmly relieving light.

The second operation will help us to come closer to Amaterasu:

Ekitai buru no yume

We possess a -very- limited stock of 'The Blue Dream' and we should change that. The enhanced 'Dream' would enable our minds to reach even more clarity and a steady flow of it towards us would make it possible to bring our empress into a state of permanent communion with Amaterasu and her endless wisdom and foresight to support us directly in fulfilling her noble cause.

The Empress has decided to appoint the returning Hatsuyume, Ran Takahashi, as the eldest sister of the Sisterhood of Dreams once more. The previous Hatsuyume, Takuma Laraze, has been noted for incompetence and dismissal of the Chrysanthemum goals and traditions.

Takuma Lazare has been dishonourably removed from command by the word of the Empress.

An eclipse has fallen on the Sisterhood, but Kusari is the land of the sun.
