In system Puerto Rico, position of Stellar Matter Stream is (33289, 0, -15644),
but navmap shows that its X and Y coordinates coincide with these of Manati Fragment (33077, -7000, -39074).
I think it's wrong.

Nice catch, that does indeed look wrong - thanks, will take a look and see if I can find out what's going on here, the map still has some bugs with certain edge cases for positions/orientations of zones and fields.

is there maybe a way to update the namelist? It's a bit difficult to check what faction owns something if they have the very old names.

Yes, absolutely - do you have any specific examples I should update and/or take a look at? I don't have a way to update the list automatically, unfortunately, so it's something I will have to do manually.
