Isn't this stuff against the rules and possibly illegal in some countries?

As far as it is able to be decyphered in easy way, it's is legit I think.

Also, we have slavery and drug trafficking in game, which are illegal in all(?) counties.

What's this "Lane Hacker encryption tools" you don't just make your own Binary, there is only one Binary existent, the hell.
