Good evening Disco. After a productive period of time we present the following changes. We hope they will make your game easier and more interesting.

Independent Nomad ID changes:
To give the Borderworlds more of a Wild West feeling and stimulate Nomad, Wilde, local pirate and lawful activity, the Independent Nomad ID is now allowed to go to and engage in Tau-37, Omicron-Gamma, Omicron-Alpha*, and all of the Omegas except Omega-3, Omega-7 and Omega-11. Let the terror and activity spread.

* reminder - Nomads and Outcasts are allied. You are not to shoot OC as indie nomads - you can help defend Alpha against raids though.

Shiplock for everyone:
Individual players and unofficial factions can now request their ships to be locked, just like officials could. What does it do? It secures your shareds - they no longer can be stolen. A Level 1 lock means ships can't be renamed, moved or deleted. A Level 2 lock has all the features of Level 1, but additonally prevents ID and armor unmounting. The cost is 50 Millions per ship. Submit requests in the appropriate Player Requests thread here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=133136

Changes to the SRP check system:
We've decided that instead of checking in after your first and third month, the Administation team merely reserves the right to request a summary of events during the SRPs creation to be written up within 2 weeks of asking. This should hopefully reduce any worry players may have.
