Invicta Research Complex has many unique services available to those who can afford them. It has recently taken on a small project to expand its facilities and is now able to produce both cloaking and cloak disrupting technology. At current rates we will be conducting tests on Jump Drive technology with the hope of successful yield.

Cloaking Devices

The function of cloaking devices are twofold: Firstly, it bends EM Radiation around the ship it is mounted on. Usually, when EM-Radiation hits anything, parts of it are absorbed and parts reflected, which are then received by the retinae and subsequently cause us to see that which has reflected the EM-Radiation. Secondly, as the device prevents the ship from reflecting light by preventing it from reaching it in the first place, the ship is rendered invisible to the naked eyes and all known sensors. The pilot of a cloaked ship may experience a low humming sound coming from the device, though do not worry: this cannot be heard by anyone except you, since sound requires a medium to travel. Cloaking devices present means to escape tricky situations as well as assail your unwitting target to cause wanton murder and destruction. Cloak Disrupters

Encountered someone with a cloaking device? Do you think they might be readying to strike from the shadows? Fear not! We got you covered. With one of our cloak disruptors, you will be able to completely salt their soup with a single button press! Where cloaking devices bend EM-waves around the ship, cloak disruptors unleash a torrent of these waves around your ship which causes the cloaking device to overload temporarily! Never you fear again, law abiding citizen, for the Core will provide you with this technology at your leisure, for the right price, of course!

Prototype Weapons

Has it ever occured to you that seeing how you viciously dismember your opponents in space combat simply isn't fun anymore? Does it bore you to see their ships explode the same way over and over again, their agonized screams exhilarating you while the visuals simply do not match the feeling of having crushed evil? Well, then you're probably insane. Nevertheless, you could do with some of the Core's experimental weaponry! For the right price, we will outfit your ship with the most eldritch/fun contraptions that could be called weapons for you to bring the Good Fight to the doors of evil! Have you ever thought to yourself: "Man, I really wish I hadn't shot that Osiris!" or "Man, I really wish I could skip House X because they don't like my glorious visage and/or my capital ship vessel for some unruly reason!" If yes, the Core's got a wee offer for ya, buddy! Jump Drives! Got some cash on your hands that you don't want to spend on a family and be a productive citizen? Good! For this toy is only something for those with adventure in their hearts! Creating a tear in Einsteinian space for you to pass through, it will transport you to any coordinates that were surveyed beforehand with a device capable of such (Survey Device not included in Jump Drive order).
