High Speed Police Chase!

AFC vs LPI

The neutral net scanners have been detecting several AFC vessel signatures breaking regulated speeds in Liberty and causing disruptions to traffic flow! In response to this, the LPI scramble their units via encrypted frequencies to intercept the suspects and issue arrests. Their objective is simple: Do not loose light of the AFC ships and arrest them! Do not let them get away! Every live intact arrest is a 5 million bonus!

RULES:

The LPI must catch all AFC pilots to win.

The AFC may be arrested under the following methods:

1. Ship shot down/destroyed in any way.
2. Ship moved to a stop and escorted to a prison station and dock on the station.
3. Ship docked on any station within 10k radius (pvp death).
4. Ship submits and docks on a LPI prison liner.

AFC will get live arrested by:

1. If the racer calls Yeild/Give-up/etc and coming to a complete stop.
2. A minimum of one cop will accompany the racer until arrest is finished.
3. The racer cannot escape once he has yielded.
4. The Prison Liner must come to the scene and collect the AFC ship into the docking bays. The LPI on the sceen cannot leave until the AFC has docked with the ship.
5. The Prison Liner must transport the AFC ship to the nearest prison station and have the AFC dock. If the Prison Liner is full and another racer is awaiting arrest, they must wait until the Liner drops off the two other racers to prison and comes back for the third.

An AFC ship escapes when:

1. It can no longer be found.
2. It docks on a docking module (highly unlikely) and that ship that has it diagrees to hand the AFC over to the LPi and escapes.
3. It escapes outside of Liberty and bordering systems.

AFC ships are not allowed to dock on any base/planet until they are outside scanning range. Non on radar.
AFC ships are allowed to use any means available to them to get away. No cloaks or Jumpdrives are allowed for the AFC.

Post-Event:

All arrested AFC members will have to participate in another event that will be made as a prison escape. If that fails then there may be other methods as well to get out.
AFC Pilots who escape from the LPI escape the law.

As the Liberty Police prison liner the "Terminal Island" was making its pass through Texas to drop off its prisoners on Huntsville, a loud beep is heard on the captains bridge. Currently with the Chief on it inspecting the situation, he would be the one to first notice it. Opening the message he received, he reads that its a neural net scanner report.

"Huh? Large numbers of Archangel Fighters Club members disrupting traffic in the lanes? Speeding? What.. this is still a thing? Well then.. what a great way to ruin my day off." Jax sighs, hitting the dashboard as he grabbed the police emergency communication transmitter. "Alright to all available units we got Archangels roaming around lanes disrupting peace, get your pride and joy out of the hangar its time to roll."

"Roger that this is the Forth Bush dispatcher, all units will be forwarded this message and be ready as soon as possible chief." The female dispatcher acknowledges, forwarding the message to all stand by units with a click of a button.

"Great, and also forward them this." He clears his throat firstly, now speaking in his serious 'formal chief of police' voice. "Don't be soft on them, destroying their ship is simply too little for someone that gets on my nerves in that amount. I will issue a reward of 5 million credits for each successful arrest of an Archangel Fighters Club vessel, happy hunting boys. I want your vessels at Battleship Missouri on stand by for debriefing."

"Erm, alright chief. The message has been forwarded as well." The dispatcher slightly stunned by his statement utters the words, closing the comms as soon as the message was sent.

Jax, taking a deep yawn stands straight up, facing the crew ready to issue a very loud order. "Alright change of plans! The terminal island has enough empty cells and I want to fill them with pity racers! TURN AROUND, destination is the Navy battleship Missouri close to Zone.. erm I mean to Norfolk Shipyard."

So, we're talkin standard race rules, mines, CDs, and tha standard strip down otherwise?
