I'm running my own server on LAN, just to play with a few friends when they happen to come home.
I've noticed that FLHook stopped launching lately. It's window won't pop-up. The commands are also gone (stuff like givecash etc).

This happened since one of the latest updates, (if not the latest).

Is there anything I could try in order to fix this? I don't want to risk losing the people's data (accounts/ships) with a reinstall/cleanup.

Thank you in advance for any tips I could try.
As per http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=134709:

Quote:First off, FLHook 3.0.0 does not run on the vc90 compiler anymore, but vc140. Therefore in order for FLHook to run, you must install the Visual Studio C++ 2015 redistributable packages. You can find these here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=49984

Install both packages or FLHook will not load. This is all you need to do.

Thank you very much! It worked wonders Smile
I have the problem of FLHook is not opening when i run flserver. I am using flserver version 88.0 build 23 from the latest install of Discovery Freelancer. I have tried the link for Visual Studio C++ 2015 redistributable packages from the recent replies but they are dead. I then tried to find the packages and install them myself but i was unsuccessful in installing anything that worked. Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you run FLServer under Windows XP the 3.0 builds don't work. Check the thread and go on the github repository to grab an up to date 2.0.0 version.
