Hello,
I had a character named "Crackz", or "Francesco.Romero" , Can't remember whic one i used to use.
I haven't been playing for a year and changed my computer. Is there any chance for me to get it back?
Now i'm using a character named "Francesco".
Be glad if you answer me soon.

There's a thread for requests like this here (which is also linked to from the "Player Help" dropdown menu), though it is unfortunately not common that you will get it back if it has been deleted for inactivity, which happens after half a year of not logging on the character.
