To all Sirians -

Moments ago, members of multiple Zoner groups, as well as the fleet admiral of the Liberty primary fleet, finalized discussions concerning revitalizing and renegotiating the Treaty of Bethlehem. As many of you know, the previous treaty provided safe haven for the 3 Zoner stations nearest Liberty space, in an effort to provide clear and concise rules and laws governing both Zoners, Liberty military forces, and any who wish to occupy the space near and aboard the stations. As the previous organizations whom signed the original treaty are mostly defunct, the treaty was rendered void.

As new organizations and Administrators have now occupied the stations, members from the Ingenuus Research Group have sought to bring about a new treaty, one which was signed moments ago. This new treaty will serve in like manner as the previous treaty, as a clear ruleset for Zoners and Liberty military forces, as well as provide information for those whom wish to use Zoner stations in any capactity.

For Bethlehem and Freeport 2, the laws established by the Confederation of Freeports still are applicable, adjacent to the treaty. It is requested that respect for these stations be upheld, and know that breaking of any Zoner laws will not be tolerated, nor will breaking house laws and running towards a Zoner station.

Thank you all for your attention, and safe skies.
