1. Forum name of the owner:
@Sombra Hookier

2. What exactly are you requesting?
Special Operative ID with the following ID lines, Freelancer-IFF, Reputation Adjustment: like restart FcZonerBW (the Zoner restart in Omicron-74), Core remaining hostile, Junker/Junker Guard neutral, 100% power core with the actual ship and layout

While Fugitive-IFF would be more fitting, it's a terrible thing gameplay-wise to be seen not as neutral but as hostile since Fugitive is hostile to most-to-all players. I don't want to cause region_danger.wav whenever I am around.

ID wants to be Wrote:This vessel is a quasi-lawful entity that can:

- Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them
---> While I'm not a fan of bounty hunting, there is at least one bounty to do, regarding the recent role play. (1) Also, since it's a battleship, It's not suited for trading and I need at least one classic source of income. No piracy. The focus would be on escort missions inRP and bar missions.

- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect/or assist an allied ship or friendly vessel
---> This character has no intention in bloodlusty killing. Compare it likewise with the Enterprise, Star Trek. This Mako will end battles, not start them...

- Can attack any ships with a Nomad, K'Hara or Wild ID
... except to this. While people know I'm the last person to initiate a battle, roleplaywise my character did all this to be prepared to deal with the nomads as well as their human allies. This character even has a data base with evidences on known nomad supporters.

3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character:
Apahanta (Once I can dock at any station, it will be changed to The.Apahanta - right now, it's not possible.)
Core-ID (indie) Mako-class APM battleship
Core-IFF

The money (250.000.000 (+2.000.000)) is on that ship. If you could rename it from Apahanta to The.Apahanta without having to much trouble in doing so, that would be nice. If not, I would do that once the SRP is done, so that I can dock at Livadia and repair the Apahanta.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
This character worked two month long on preparing to leave the Core, with a ship he invested about 2,5 billion credits into. The Apahanta now has literally reached a point where it has no longer access to the Core's ressources. With the help of Auxesia, it was able to defect. Since the ship still has a Core ID, it's bound to the rephack and ZoI, reducing the stations I could dock with it to one: Kreutzfeld Depot in Omega 55 of the Junkers. Corsairs, Outcast, Zoners (+Guard), SCRA and most of the other inhabitants of the Omegas and Omicrons are hostile or unfriendly to Core, not allowing them to dock, especially not with a Battleship. The stations that actually would allow it to dock, like the Puerto Rican Junkers, are out of range (and ooRP hostile because Junker Guard)

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
I guess I can quote that exactly from my hub thread:

Goals:
- Find a solution to the nomad problem, actively fighting back aggressive nomads and their aggressive supporters

- Find a cure for Maren von Westefeld, who suffers from the effects of Cardamine

- Find out what Nancy Sweetwater did in her past and find a way to cure her amnesia

- Discovery and research the untamed wilds of Sirius in the Omicrons, Omegas, Taus and Sigmas without being banned from house space and the border worlds, especially Cortez

- Escape from the Core, preferably with the Apahanta

- Solving conflicts without the use of weapons, but being able to resist strong enemy forces

- Punching Noah Xonnel's nose

- Delivering a message from the Lane Hackers to the VWA

- Recruiting a trustworthy crew

- Making allies

- Establishing an own, independent communications network
As you can see, there's much to do and much potential for further roleplay.

6. Provide links to the relevant forum roleplay.

1) Defending the Delta: Background and reasons
2) Sirius wide announcement: Ezrael/Apahanta chooses not to join Core's attack on the freeport
3) Comm to Kishiro (and Samura) about purchasing Service Robots to have a replacement for a ship's crew
4) Comm to Livadia Shipyard about helping the Apahanta with repair and supplies after defection
5) Comm to Atka Research Station about Cryer/Wisp providing medical supplies in future - still in progress, tho
6) Comm to Detroit Munitions about the purchase of interior defense turrets
7) Comm to WildBill after Bill helped Ezrael to get a meeting with the Lane Hackers and getting the permission to use Puerto Rico's shipyard
- 7a) Said Comm between Bill and Yoshida from the Lane Hackers, including a video recording
- 7b) Maren von Westefeld also helped getting a meeting, including the encoded bounty mission on the VWA
8) Comm to Sapphire Raven from Auxesia, planning the mission to free the Apahanta
9) Comm to his own Corvo, to Maren, to tell her everything went out well

Additional to that, my hub thread contains even more links to additional forum threads that have some relation to this, showing how Ezrael feels about the Core and his tendency to not carry out their stupid orders. Also, lots of videos are linked there, likewise Auxesia assuring to help, the Lane Hacker meeting, the meeting with WildBill, or the final battle with Auxesia in Omicron Minor.

7. Provide a cliffnote/summary for the links provided above.
1) "Defending the Delta" tells the story from Ezrael's perspective, showing how he more and more regrets joining the Core, how he managed to get the command of a Mako and how he upgraded it. It's a diary.
2) In this uncareful reaction, Ezrael shared with Sirius the information of the events in Omicron Delta, the attack of Freeport 11 by the Core and Nodtviet's megalovania. He picked his side, although he wasn't able to just take the Apahanta and switch ID to Zoner.
3) Buying robotic personnel as a simple replacement for a new crew for the Apahanta for the time after the defection. This happened ingame as well.
4) Since he technically was a Zoner before he joined the Core as a Mercenary and Investor, he contacted the owners of Livadia to get the permission to bring the damaged Apahanta to this place after the defection to repair and resupply it. Finn McCool gives him a chance, allowing him to dock once. After that, he has to earn the trust of the CoF.
5) Ezrael wanted to make sure he can provide enough medical supplies for the time after the Core. Since Wisp and Cryer simply passed him on to Cambridge, this is going to continue.
6) Purchase of internal defense turrets. Ezrael bought those especially to not rely on mercenaries to get rid of Core-loyal crew that doesn't want to leave the ship. They got installed parallel to this story which is already done and will be posted by Foxglove day by day.
7) Ezrael initially asked WildBill to give him a system override software, since Junkers have possibly the technology to repair abandoned ships to not just scrap them. Finding Bill in Texas, he got told that Bill will use his connections to the Lane Hackers to get that. Also, Bill permitted Ezrael to use the shipyard in Puerto Rico, because friends of the Zoners are also the friends of the Junkers.
- 7a) Said Comm between Bill and Yoshida from the Lane Hackers, including a video recording that is higher quality than mine
- 7b) At first, it was only Maren who got asked by Ezrael to help him. She was the first outsider who noticed his anti-Core attitude and was willing to help. So she contacted the Lane Hackers herself.
8) I spend hours on the mission briefing animations. q.q - In this transmission to Raven, Ezrael explains the plan and his intentions. The execution of this plan is shown in this footage. The action happens at about 20 minutes
9) Since Maren lives with Ezrael, she lives on his Corvo, the Hoffnungsschimmer, and is able to get his messages there. This message simply tells the outcome, the success of the mission.

8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
Two months of active Discovery. If you think that's too short, please check my hub thread to see that I did more roleplay in these two months than some official factions did.

9. If you feel that you would like to provide us with character references, specify whom.
with Maren von Westefeld
with Miri Keating / with Nancy Sweetwater
with Sapphire Raven
with Joshua Hunt / with Curator Endurance
as Detroit Munitions
as Kishiro Technologies
as his endless amount of one-way-characters (Jane Shepard, Zoner; Emily Taylor, Order; Emily Sawyer, CR; Forest.Nymph, Gaian; Valiant.Sentinel, AI)
as SCRA|Pyl'nist' (Pimakhova) and T.Thorn
as Bill Hickok
as himself. I don't know who's the person behind the Godfather, and that's intended. Wink
Passed with the following ID.

Change Request: The.Apahanta

1. Exact name of the character:
The.Apahanta

2. Link to the request to be amended:

3. What exactly do you want changed?

Nomads (+ K'hara) and Wild fixed to + 0.9 Reputation

4. Why are these changes necessary?

Captain of the Apahanta is my main character Ezrael Vertiga. His fiance Maren von Westefeld is infected and he is well aware of it. He accepted it, however asked her and her incubus to not infect him as well, and they agreed on it. They however convinced him of the Nomads not being as evil as the humans color them. With the defection of the Apahanta, they began to influence him to not only stop fighting the Nomads, but also offered him to take his ships to Altair Complex in Omicron Iota if it was necessary. So to speak as a joker.

In order to dock with Altair, I need both Wild and Nomads to be green with me (or at least grey). I prefer green as it should also indicate them that the Apahanta is on their side and not around to harm them. That way people should know don't need to /1, /2 the Apahanta in Iota. InRP, the Nomads know about it and are fine with it, ooRP it should be indicated to players somehow, as especially indies could be confused about it.

5. Provide possible links to the relevant forum roleplay.

Maren being infected
- Defending the Delta 14 and following;
- Maren's Personal Datapad 12 and following;

About her wanting the Apahanta to be allowed to moor with Altair
- Transmission from Maren to Loyola regarding mooring access for the Apahanta and other ships, also mentioned here.

Basically, both my main story thread "Defending the Delta" and Foxglove's "Maren's Personal Datapad" describe the dance of them being between the humans and the nomads with the focus on character development. It describes the duality of Maren and Ezrael, as they are absolutely in love with each other while they do question each other's motives over and over again. Ezrael is confronted with his fiance being infected and her constant attempts of dragging him subtly closer to the nomad side, while he suspects exactly that to happen and tries to find balancing measures to ensure his neutrality to both human factions and the nomads. Most notable in those stories is the character development of the incubus Sans Valeur, who adapts more and more human traits and personifies the duality of their traits.

Additional to mention, Ezrael already did things for the nomad side, as he was the guy who managed to get Enma Loyola her SRP'd Whale. That is why she "owes" him one.

3. What exactly do you want changed?

Infinite Cloak

- Cloak using weapon energy (like the Lightseeker-SRP did) instead of batteries, allowing the ship to be cloak for indefinite time without the consumption of ressources.

4. Why are these changes necessary?

The range of the Apahanta is horribly limited by territorial claims and laws. Back then when Ezrael defected from the Core and took the Apahanta with him, he hoped for Bretonia offering them shelter, however Auxesia spread rumors (without evidences) that he might be infected or at least indoctrinated. His first request for shelter was denied without any compromise, his second request to at least get the permission to enter Omega-3 with the Apahanta is without any response yet (for two months now).

Since neither inRP nor ooRP the ship is ment to oppose the houses and their laws, that limits the Apahanta's range to the area between Omicron Delta and Omega-49, although that already contains the possible dangers of violating Hessian, Corsair and Gammuian laws. InRP, that is a thing. So the Captain requested IRG to upgrade the Apahanta's cloaking device. That has two advantages inRP and a third one ooRP:

1. It increases the Apahanta's range by not having to rely on the gratitude of the houses. Like, when a house needs more than two months to reply to a request for shelter while in the meantime answering any other comms of other people, that's simply crappy. The first time was already a waste of time, as Ezrael had to wait an entire month just to get the request declined.
2. Since the Apahanta is on its own, there aren't faction escorts to protect it. No fighters, no bombers. The cloak is the only counter-measure the Apahanta has to defend itself, apart from battleship weaponry that doesn't impress any snub-pilot. That can be devastating on a light battleship, simply because everything in Discovery is technically working against light battleships, with the only exception being heavy battleships in the distance. CDs can easily stop the mighty engines of a battleship and even being a light battleship, the Mako lacks the boosters to avoid anything that was fired from close/medium distance. The cloak upgrade would at least be one balancing measure in this case. Nevertheless, the cloak shouldn't be used for cheap buttcloaking, thus I find the solution to have it eat the weapon energy a good compromise.
3. It would be the only counter-measure to prevent people from abusing the playerlist to hunt down pre-set targets. You know that is a thing, sadly. I rather be cloaked and at least can decide myself when and to what kind of people I show myself ingame than not even logging - because when you log in and can't do what you want because some people can't do anything without the playerlist, it doesn't encourage you to log a second time, nor does it encourage you to have encounters with those people ever again.

About the specifications:

InRP, IRG described that the cloak would not only eat the weapon energy but also decrease the cruise speed of the ship from 350 to 300. I don't know whether that is possible to do via admin commands without creating a new ship entry for that. The goal however, be it still for this SRP amendment or for the next one, to get rid of the cruise speed reduction. So inRP, that will be a thing one way or the other, while ooRP that doesn't need to become a obstacle.

TL;DR: Upgraded Cloaking Device MKII Adv.:
Traits of a Cloaking Device MKII Adv. but doesn't consume batteries but weapon energy instead, so it lasts infinitely.
For reference, the Lightseeker-SRP had that kind of cloaking device as well.

In its current state, the RP for that isn't finished yet. We started that more than six months ago, then Arioch sadly went inactive, and from that point I was glad that I somewhen finally got someone to continue it. Sadly, still very slowly, but at least some sort of progression.

3. What exactly do you want changed?

Alteration of ID lines

4. Why are these changes necessary?

The old ID lines of the SpecOps ID of my SRP are horribly, horribly outdated. Back then, the SpecOps ID for the Apahanta read as the following:

Outdated The.Apahanta SpecOps ID Rules Wrote:This vessel is a quasi-lawful entity that can:

- Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them
- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect/or assist an allied ship or friendly vessel
- Can attack any ships with a Nomad, K'Hara or Wild ID

I would like to request the new ID rules to be the following:

New The.Apahanta SpecOps ID Rules Wrote:This vessel is a quasi-lawful entity that can:

- Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them
- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect/or assist an allied ship or friendly vessel
(Optional)- Cannot dock with Dur-Shurrikun and the Ravine and similar nomad lairs
(Optional)- Can engage Gallic Military ships in Bretonia (including Leeds) and the independen worlds between Bretonia and Liberty

"- Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them"
-> I would like to keep this ID line just in case of the Apahanta actually having enemies. Right now, that would only be the Lane Hackers and Gallia, with Auxesia and the Core being only suspicious and not entirely hostile. I think this is a good way of regulating it "on spot" if there should be any enemies that I would decide to fight with the Apahanta. However, right now that would only the Lane Hackers, who don't really have any assets or the numbers (or the reason to try) to take down a battleship, and Gallia only in case of them attacking Bretonia and Cortez. The former would only be necessary if Bretonia somewhen would answer my comms about cooperation and the latter if Gallia poses a threat to Curacao (as my character would defend his homeworld in that case).

"- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect/or assist an allied ship or friendly vessel"
While I myself don't want to use the Apahanta for fighting, neither inRP nor ooRP (apart from conn sometimes), I would like to still be able to defend inRP allies and friends, including Ezrael's fiance Maren von Westefeld or other important characters like Nancy Sweetwater, Thallia Thorn and who else not. I think there is no good line for that, as this is pretty individual. Common sense should allow Ezrael to defend his allies and friends, but I can see people filing reports for a Spec-Ops ID assisting Wilde (in case of Maren being active as Wilde.Unschuld), Freelancers (Maren in civil, Thallia, Nancy, maybe even Nesrin Khan), Zoners and what not. If necessary, I'd count that as "- Can be hired on spot" like bounty hunters. I leave that up to the admin team to decide what might be more reasonable. I myself regulate that ingame anyway.

"(Optional)- Cannot dock with Dur-Shurrikun and the Ravine and similar nomad lairs"
I mean, it's sort of obvious that the SpecOps ID shouldn't be abused to dock where it doesn't make sense. Like, I do regulate that anyway, as I mostly only dock with corporation bases, Junkers, Zoners or Freelancer bases, rarely with unlawful bases and never when it doesn't make any sense. I added that as proposal to indicate that the reputation amendment shouldn't allow me to dock with Dur-Shurrikun as that would be weird. It should only allow me to moor with Altair and depending on future RPs, maybe with other Wild bases (for example, if Wilde.Unschuld leads the Apahanta to one for that purpose)

"(Optional)- Can engage Gallic Military ships in Bretonia (including Leeds) and the independen worlds between Bretonia and Liberty"
As mentioned above, maybe it is a good idea to add that separately from the Bounty lines.

5. Provide possible links to the relevant forum roleplay.

Character Hub 2 - Ezrael's profile and crew profiles (relevant for assisting/defending line)
Defending the Delta - Ezrael's story thread. I don't have anything else that compresses his motives, ideals and alignments than that. Don't cringe too much about my cyber. (Relevant for all lines)
Maren's transmission to Enma Loyola about Altair (Relevant for the nomad/wild repfix and docking with Altair)

Approved the following:
Reputation Change, Nomads and Wild +0.9

ID change to:
Quote:This vessel is a quasi-lawful entity that can:

- Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them
- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect/or assist an allied ship or friendly vessel
- Cannot dock with Dur-Shurrikun and the Ravine and similar nomad lairs
Finally resolved the situation about the cloak. Temporary measures taken, permission to harass devs about permanent implementation granted.

PS: You should maybe not.
Change Request: The.Apahanta

1. Exact name of the character:
The.Apahanta

2. Link to the request to be amended:

3. What exactly do you want changed?

Requesting permission to install a Jump Drive MK3 on the Apahanta

Requesting permission to install Battleship Codename weapons on the Apahanta
(Two Battleship Kinetic Turrets, five Battleship Sledge Turrets, two Adv. EMP Flak Turrets)

Requesting said turrets in exchange for Scientific Data as listed here (Bill is 3.100 Scientific Data, to be taken from the CV-Fortunate.Accident)

4. Why are these changes necessary?

Mobility. The Jump Drive allows anyone to move from A to B rather quickly and opens a new market for coordinates. I want to be able with roleplay what anyone else can do without roleplay. The new Codename Weapons will break the meta, which is pretty nice in terms of gameplay, while having the Apahanta equipped with them will significantly increase the ship's tech level (in theory, although most of those CODENAME turrets have descriptions that rather make them look like outdated stuff, while the effects are effing awesome).

5. Provide possible links to the relevant forum roleplay.

Figuratively Speaking: Iceberg - This is the story summing up the entire events about the derelict bases that have been found recently in Sirius. The Apahanta receives the technology from those bases as they get looted by the crew. The story already describes how the stuff has been found, why it was there and how it got mounted on the Apahanta, however it will be continued. Better read it now before it lays more eggs.

Approved. Data taken. Weapons put into cargo hold.
1. Exact name of the character: The.Apahanta

2. Link to the request to be amended: That one

3. What exactly do you want changed?

Weapon Loadout Change to:

2x Battleship Kinetic Turrets
5x Battleship Dual Gatling Lasers
2x Battleship EMP-Flaks
6x Core Battleship Secondary Turrets

I would also like to request to be allowed to freely switch out the ship's weaponry loadout between the following, in Roleplay already acquired weapons:

--- Battleship Mortar Turret (2)
--- Battleship Solaris Turret (6)
--- Core Battleship Primary Turret (5)
--- Battleship Flak Turret (2)
-> The Apahanta deserted from the Core with this loadout.

--- Battleship Kinetic Turret (2)
--- Battleship Gale Turret (2)
--- Battleship Volley Turret (2)
--- Battleship Sledge Turret (5)
--- Battleship Dual Gatling Laser (5)
--- Battleship Thumper Turret (3)
--- Battleship EMP Flak Turret (2)

4. Why are these changes necessary?

There was a bigger confusion about amendments of the loadouts based on changes that were approved via player requests but not noted in this SRP Thread. When the new codename weaponry for capitals was introduced, I requested a bunch of them, was happy with them, then they got patched and heavily altered, refund/replacements were requested, the loadout changed by approval via player request, now one of the formerly used weapons was "fixed" (Kinetic Turrets no longer move slower than the ship they are mounted on, meaning moving doesn't cancel out their targeting anymore, which is a broken mechanic), I would like to use these guns again. In Roleplay, mentioned in the links below, all these weapons exist already and only need to be requested as Scientific Data rewards on demand.

I want to request being able to change the loadout freely with said weapons as balance patches have a heavy influence on battleship combat performances, and not being able to adapt in time has proven to be an unfortunate annoyance I wish to get rid of. The interchangable loadout, of course, would only be about the mentioned weapons and not about foreign weaponry like faction-related weapons (except the Core weapons) or gallic generic weaponry (Trebuchets, Mitrailleuse, Pointe, etc). I put too much time and effort into this SRP Character/Ship as that I'd knowingly risk any rule violations.
