» History
Wedjat is umbrella organization encompassing most sophisticated cells of The Order focused on combatting foreign espionage as well as dedicated gathering, processing and utilizing intelligence under one banner. Its origins can be traced to two entities within ranks of The Order: AID and Udjat which formed independently of each other at various points in the timeline. Merged in 814 A.S. in order to overcome weaknesses of the other as newly instated Intelligence Division of The Great Three of The Order - the other being ‘Combat’ and ‘Science’.
The earliest traces lead towards 805 A.S. archives mention of the name “Udjat”. Element lead by as equally mysterious figure only known as “Admiral X” (Also known as Xander Aaron Ainsley Augustus Jacen Bastian Eadbhard Alexander Qayshon Dabney von Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorf) within The Order’s official documents of later era and internal communications. Existence of Udjat is acknowledged by The Order High Command since 809 A.S. and it is understood that by time of its reveal to other leaders, X had already possessed command over vast and fully developed spy network across known Sirius, processing invaluable amounts of intelligence. From this point onwards, Udjat carefully tended to its affairs, feeding crucial intelligence and reconnaissance data towards other divisions in order to further efficiency of The Order as a whole. Notably, co-operation between Udjat and reformed AID started here.
If X is Wedjat’s father, Admiral Mirage Bre'Delakorsa is its mother. Second component of The Order Intelligence Division is AID, overt and well documented battle group formed in 807 A.S. dedicated to terminate information brokers in possession of information leaked from The Order. Originally, its operations resulted in a failure. Division was resource inefficient and its methods were ineffective in accomplishing its goals. Forced to undergo a major shake up in its ranks, it was determined that command of AID will pass to Mirage Bre’Delakorsa, an officer trained within the cell. What followed, was set of drastic measures changing face of the division forever. Protocols and tactics were redesigned to operate with minimal manpower and resources. Liberal use of deadly force and unrestricted psychological warfare was sanctioned as universal go-to method of new AID. By 811 A.S. newly trained and psyched agents of Admiral Bre’Delakorsa effectively silenced all internal opposition in gruesome manner, as well causing several - to this day unexplained - disappearances of notable Sirians known to partake in information broking business.
Coming of 814 A.S. saw union of Admiral’s X and Bre’Delakorsa cells into one, comprehensive faction. Wedjat as it was known from this point, united deadly network of “wetwork” operatives capable of undertaking missions inconceivable to a regular Order agent, with Sirius widest array of cloak and dagger spies into one uniform unit. Two Commanders ruled in tandem, training the finest officers in ranks of The Order as a whole. In 818 A.S. Bre’Delakorsa’s seat was eventually passed to Spymaster Golanski, who trained under supervision of X himself and later rose to prominence as Grand Admiral. Other notable individuals include: Admiral Jeremy Hunter, Rear Admiral Eriksson Ravenov and Commodore Kell Tainer.
Golanski’s career was dedicated mostly to quelling dissent growing within The Order as its personnel crossed critical mass beyond which close-knit community grew past its capabilities to self-regulate. Notably, one one rebellion had rose in arms while other dissipated by mixture of diplomacy and pressure by superior force. Wedjat has changed forever with Battle of Toledo. While the inter-Sirius network has remained at large, psychological scars were imprinted upon everyone involved. Grand Admiral Golanski became commander in chief for Wedjat as well, with Admiral X bless as the next generation. Internal reforms brought The Great Division in line with the others: unifying ranking and hierarchy for seamless interaction of agents. Defunct Science Division was split: Its logistic component was merged with The Fleet as ‘Merchant Navy’, wherever Research and Development departments were assigned under Wedjat scrutiny - however still possessing high respect and autonomy in its work.

» Structure
Typical Wedjat cell consists of three to twenty agents, each responding to a single Veteran or Specialist. While in normal circumstances communication between individual cell and acting Spymaster and Inquisitors is handled by highest ranking officer, each and every agent has capability to circumvent own leader should there be legitimate assumption of treachery or infestation within the cell. Such system prevents entire cells disappearing under the radar should cell leader prove to be the weakest link in the chain.
At home, Cells are operating among regular Order operatives of the Fleet, forming internal beacon of loyalty within bigger communities. Mirrored ranking structure permits them to operate seamlessly with anyone else in The Order wherever they would be assigned. Each station and capital vessel has at least one cell active onboard, providing invaluable expertise to the team and last fallback line in case of dissent.

⧫ Section 1: Electronic Warfare, Signals & Intel Analysis
The organizational fabric of Section 1 congregates together virtuoso hackers, and cognitive intelligence analysts, fostering an environment where data acquired through a plethora of avenues is clarified, evaluated, and transformed into actionable insights. Its remit involves processing intel from subordinate units, fortifying the Order against cyber-warfare, and orchestrating analogous offensives against prescribed targets when deemed suitable.
⧫ Section 2: Special Operations Command
Nominal command jurisdiction within Section 2 extends to exceptionally classified operations, and covert black operations. Most of Wedjat's strike capabilities are concentrated directly under the Section's authority. SOC's primary objective is to provide timely and accurate intel through network of spies and executing sensitive missions in co-operation with The Fleets and other Wedjat divisions.
⧫ Section 3: Counter Intelligence & Regulation Enforcement
As a defensive formation situated within the Wedjat, Section 3 primarily assumes the responsibility of serving as an internal law enforcement entity, handling minor cases that do not necessitate the attention of the High Command or their representatives. Their secondary objective necessitates proactive identification, pursuit, and neutralization of foreign agents, and infiltrators covertly operating within The Order's ranks.

» Modus Operandi
Wedjat walks a path of caution with diligence. In stark contrast to the Black Fleet, their modus operandi embraces the shadows, shielding their true incentives beneath layers of confidentiality, rendering them resistant to prying eyes. The Order's Intelligence entertains no disloyalty or falsehood, eradicating silently those naive enough to sabotage their noble endeavors. The Division's strategies are fully committed to eradicating the Nomad plague and their aligned forces, deploying any indispensable resources to accomplish this quest.
The external affairs of the united Division rely on an intricate mosaic of knowledge and covert operations, where they seize the advantage by skillfully exploiting vulnerabilities. Agents adeptly gather intelligence and infiltrate the ranks of enemies, guided by adaptability to any environment. Navigating the ever-changing landscape of threats, they're known to stay one step ahead. These highly trained operatives craft their strategies with precision, exploiting weaknesses and manipulating circumstances to orchestrate desired outcomes.
The highest echelon operates with intellect, employing a versatile approach that seamlessly blends diplomatic finesse with covert prowess. Aware of the widespread presence of deception within political territory, these infiltrators offer vital intel to the OHC, guiding the cause through unreliable terrains. When dealing with deceivers, one must possess the acumen to distinguish their genuine intentions while maintaining a facade of trust. They emphasize the importance of understanding the fundamental motivations and ambitions of individuals, urging the need to adapt such strategies accordingly.
♦ Righteousness: The Houses of Sirius and Gallia are filled with innocent souls- ordinary passersby and diligent workers—who, even if they may occasionally lash out in their ignorance. None of these civilians should ever face unneeded harm, death or worse, infection at the hands of the Nomads. However, should one aim their guns at you, remember that you have the unequivocal right to react in kind. As you face your challenges, let reason be the compass that guides your step. The Order knows how a minor action can have far reaching consequences, take heart in this fact and wield it to your advantage. Steady your resolve and do not let yourself be led astray by distractions or petty provocations. After all, actions speak louder than words.
♦ Integrity: Protect our integrity at all costs. Be mindful that every action you take reflects on the Order, use sufficient foresight to comprehend the consequences of your actions as much as possible. Through this approach we minimize the possibility of failure and maximize the chance of success. Your bonds with your fellow operatives will only grow through this mindset, as well as the reliability of our allies and partners. Safeguard our integrity, as our honor and reliability afford us vital aid and supplies. While Humans may pose immense challenges to us at times, the Nomads and their sympathizers must always be the first to taste the bitter sting of defeat.
♦ Secrecy: We possess a remarkable quality: a thorough understanding of the value and power of stealth. It preserves our secrets, hides our presence from our enemies and ensures are strikes hit where it hurt. The element of surprise leaves our foes bewildered and unable to trace our steps. With discretion we guard our true identities, even from those we consider our comrades if needed. Likewise we master the art of deception, using false frequencies to mask our presence and ensure the succesful completion of our missions. We are the vanguards of Humanity, use the shadows as your cloak and destroy the insidious forces that threaten our species.
♦ Proficiency: Every report must contain a combination of several elements: tangible evidence, precise timestamps, compelling video footage, secure COMMs and an intricately crafted narrative that captures the essence of the events as they occurred. Failure to satisfy these conditions will mean your undertaking cannot be considered a success. Embrace the professionalism we hold dear, all the more because through secure coordination we preserve our unity and stand together against the depths of hardship.
