The Hisakawa Applied Military Sciences Institute - HAMSI is a very recent scientific institute of Kusari, which aspires to advance the House capabilities in various fields related to Military and Security.

Desiring a greater interaction with the community at large, and to expand its roleplaying base, the HAMSI is organizing a Call for Papers, where interested players (and their scientifically inclined characters) can present abstracts on promising research projects they would wish to work in.

Top prize will be:
100 Million credit prize (for the player).
A mention and reference of the winner's character on the related stories that come out from their prized proposal.
The choice for integration in HAMSI to continue his/her project, and any other ideas the player may like to create for their character.
