This thread is a placeholder until (Models dep't head) and (Effects dep't head) create a better list.
There's currently a lot of focus on ship models, weapon effects, and weapon sounds, which is great. However, there are more things which are (sort of) needed. For those who are interested in dabbling in some of these, you're welcome to try. Please post in this thread when you begin your work, and create a new thread in this forum when the first draft is ready.
Disclaimer: the Discovery Development Team reserves the right to approve or reject any submitted work, or give it back to the creator with recommendations on how to improve the submission. As many of these miscellaneous items do not yet have submission guidelines or tutorials, criticisms may be understandably hard to quantify.
Ship Interiors
- Valor/Redemption
- Togo
- Zephyr
- Scylla
- Jormungand
- Murmillo (keep similar to Overlord, replace Liberty logo)
- Osiris (keep similar to Overlord, replace Liberty logo)
- (any other dockable capital ship I may have missed)
Base Interiors
- Gallia generic lawful/corporate factions - x3
- Gallia generic quasilawful/unlawful factions - x3
- Gammu AI - x1 (match architecture appearance/texturing to be similar to shipline)
- Crayter - x2 (can be based off generic independent faction interiors)
- Coalition - x2 (can be based off generic independent faction interiors)
Planetary Landscapes
- Yuma, Coronado (new - cities floating on oceans)
- (any Gallic dockable planet) (make unique, not a clone from another House)
- Gammu, Omicron Kappa (match architecture appearance/texturing to be similar to shipline)
- This list not comprehensive. Feel free to make suggestions
Planet Textures
- This list also not comprehensive. Where non-Vanilla habitable planets' infocards differ from appearance, make suggestions
System Starspheres
- Practically every Gallic system. Use landmarks, such as (but not limited to) big nebulae, the four bright suns of Dauphine, the Maine Supernova, or the Barrier Rim as backdrop content. Keep in mind that Gallia is fairly distant from Sirius, so not much besides that huge interstellar wall of ice would be visible.
- A few other non-Vanilla systems, where needed. Again, this is open to suggestions
