The number one way that run admins, devs and moderators off from their voluntary duties, is to keep badgering them over issues that they are currently working on a fix for. Alley above all else is a Dev who donates as much time as possible to this game and it's continued functions, so please have some patience. There was a recent ddos attack as well as a bunch of issues that had to be taken care of. If the issue of your faction members being unable to create accounts is the only thing plaguing you, then know that there have been much worse issues in the past and that this one will, without doubt, be taken care of as soon as the staff are able to remedy it. And please note that they are not obligated to put every waking moment of their time into the issues that arise, be it from server issues, or community members.

This is a free to play mod for a game that is 10+ years old, with a dedicated community of people that do their best to ensure a fun and interesting player experience. These admins, moderators, and mod developers are not paid for their work, have their own careers, families, personal life issues and responsibilities. So please give them time to fix the issues at hand so that they can move on to furthering the player experience.

And a side note, if Alley says she will fix an issue, it usually gets fixed. All hail the might that is the great and powerful Kitty~
Was able to SSH from work.
It should work. Might take ~5 seconds or so for the POST request to go through, but it looks like it does now.

Confirmed, accounts registered for multiple people. Issue resolved.

Thank you for the timely fix.
Considering the new posts in the Welcome section, the issue has been dealt with. Can someone confirm this?
I can confirm. Problem solved, ladies and gentlemen.
