OPERATION: HECATE

Templar Miranda Nagase and Paladin William Foulke. You've both volunteered for an operation of your own suggestion, one which the Inner Phalanx has deemed acceptable, despite the significant risk it poses to your personal well-being and the security of our operations. Bare that in mind. After a lengthy discussion, it's been deemed necessary for an infiltration operation due to the escalating internal conflict brewing within Liberty. There are significant signs of potential infestation on both sides of this fight, hence why you'll be on opposite teams during this operation. However, being this close to one another doesn't merit continuous communication or contact. Frequently being seen with someone from the opposing side will arouse suspicion and put you both in great risk.

Miranda Nagase,

Your experience in the Navy First Fleet under your former name, which will not be disclosed, is of significant importance and value here. You'll be dispatched to merge under a new alias which will be provided in a dossier delivered to your quarters upon your return to the Eidolon Wraith. You're to infiltrate and occupy a position in the Navy to learn more about their involvement in this scenario. Your support contact will be Sentinel Dave Rockefeller - A former officer of the Liberty Police. While an odd choice for support, his flight skills are above many of our pilots, and his knowledge of LPI protocol could prove useful in case of an emergency. Your secondary contact is Paladin Maverick O'Howell, former Commodore of the Liberty Navy Fifth Fleet. His experience as a veteran officer could be of use.

Information recovered should be relayed directly to the Op center. Your Operation manager is Curator Ipaxator.

William Foulke,

As a former agent of the LSF, this task puts you at a significant risk of discovery and detainment. However, you're one of the few recent ex-agents within the Battlegroup that has the experience - on top of volunteering - for this operation. You'll be inserted in to the Liberty Security Force once more to identify their involvement in the conflict at hand. An exfiltration point several klicks of Kodiak - based on the recovered charts in 820 - is ideal upon completion or during an emergency. A connection to the recently quelled war zone of New Hampshire is present, but do not rely on anomaly stability. If the worst comes to pass, a secondary extraction is established immediately. Your support contact is Templar Amy Cromwell - A former officer in the Navy forty-first fleet. She'll be on scene to support you if you require it. Use this option in emergencies only. Her knowledge of Z-21 and Z-42 security protocol will be necessary. In addition, due to the increased risk, a secondary contact is available - Templar Malcolm Simmons. He's a former Neo-Terran Front pilot, with Security Force experience years prior. His knowledge of LSF communications protocol and security - albeit outdated - can prove useful.

Information recovered should be relayed directly to the Op center. Your Operation manager is Curator Ipaxator.

The Operation Center has been designated as a Corvo-class frigate which is currently being recovered in the Sigmas. It'll be stationed in New Hampshire, in the Bethlehem Ice Cloud. All communications with the Op Center should be disguised as sensor pulses during patrols in the region. Avoid direct contact with Auxesian personnel at all times.

Primary directives - Discern the reason behind the internal conflict. The Inner Phalanx is under the impression that this situation is a potential infestation outbreak. If so, containment is required.

Secondary directives - Obtain any and all information about known infected personnel, Nomadic materials and research. The risk for obtaining such is high. It isn't worth your life, don't risk it.

Tertiary directives - N/A

Risk aspect - High. You're both advised to avoid taking unnecessary chances. Don't try to stand out. Don't try to under-perform. Avoid direct contact with the suspected vessels (LSF/LNS Harmony).

Failsafes - Extraction, support roles, diversions, gadget access (See Quartermaster Templar Nesrin Khan for outfitting)

Phase I - Preliminary intelligence gathering.

The Inner Phalanx is currently in the process of obtaining significantly more information about either sides of the conflict, as well as potential contacts on the inside. Details will be provided upon completion via this channel.

Phase II - Corvo-Class Frigate repair.

The Op Center is currently a derelict vessel being recovered from the deep Sigmas. Under the guise of Zoners to prevent a direct trace back to the Battlegroup, contact will be made to obtain access to local shipyard facilities to conduct the repairs. Ideally blaming the damage on Corsair forces in the area may prove valuable.

FURTHER OPERATION DATA WILL BE PROVIDED VIA THIS NETWORK.
