ii. Regulations

No bumping the group slowing down the whole purposefully.
The group flies as one entity. If one person is stopped then the whole group is stopped.
No one is left behind unless the threat is unmanageable and impossible to help.

4. Chapter Officials

Chapter Officials gain their rank by becoming a Road Captain in their chapter and challenging for the CO position. If there is a current CO then they can challenge for the rank. The president may revoke CO position if needed for the health of the club; otherwise the VP and SA must both agree on the revoke order. A road captain of the same chapter may challenge a Chapter official for his position in a duel (Race/Fight). The Road Captain has to put in a fee of 50 million credits before the duel and loses the credits to the chapter official if the road captain loses the duel. If the chapter official loses the duel, he/she has to step down from the position and give it to the road captain, he then becomes a road captain. After the duel, both participants have a 2 weeks “no duel” time which they can chose to deny anytime.

ii. Responsibilities and Duties
