What technical support you need from the admin/dev team:
Kill bonus with scoreboard as it has been roleplay for quiet some time. The reclaim of Tau 44 for CR and Council has been planned and was previously request, with the new system it could make it alot more fun event and a good roleplay and pvp event for the server and the Tau region. Admins presence also for balance would be good for this event also.
TL;DR description of the event:
The Crayter Republic and The Council managed to estabilish a foothold in Tau-44 six months ago, but failed to retake the entire system from the Gallic Royal Navy, and since then the situation has been a stalemate with the whole system being one enormous frontier. Now the allies try to finish what they started and double their efforts at the removal of GRN presence in what once was the home of the Republic.
The event series is to be a various mixture of combat and supply events. Lead dev confirmed the conclusion is already predetermined (Crayter/Council victory), the date and time of the conclusion however isn't yet. Because of that I would like to experiment with a set up of an event series of semi-predetermined result, where the "semi-" part would mean that while the outcome is known, when it happens is up to the players.
It will be best to be a "Series-Events" so it is not just a 1 event type thing.

It will be on the OLD Event Request Thread/Section which I can't find.

This has been previously requested by John "Nox" Carter and Thyr'zul before. This is the write up which I am using which may help.

Is this event a series?
Yes.
Names and NPC factions of the official factions/people involved
GRN| - Gallic Royal Navy
CR| - Crayter Republic
[C]- - The Council
Is this an exclusive event to the factions listed?
To the official factions, unofficial factions and independent players of the respective NPC factions only.
Proposed flow of the event
Prologue
All factions of the conflict temporarily acquire a custom buffed commodity each to supply their frontline forces with as preparation for the battles ahead. Purchase of each faction commodity is to be restricted to their respective IDs, however cargo piracy between participants isn't to be ruled out.
Chapter #
The main part of the event following the prologue is to be divided into chapters, each chapter is to sequentially consist of a combat and a commodity hauling event via the event plugin itself.
Should the combined forces of the Council and the Crayter Republic win the combat event of a given chapter, they score 1, should the GRN win the clash, nothing happens before proceeding to the commodity event of the chapter.
Should Council and CR win the commodity event, the next chapter starts a week after the commodity event is over, should GRN win, the delay is a whole month.
Participants should proceed to the Finale once a given total score is reached by the allied forces. For now the suggestion is 3, but can be changed.
Finale
The Finale is to be a massive combat event near either Sulawesi Citadel, in open space near Minato Harbor, or in between the two stations, between the opposing sides with respawn restriction (SR 3.2) lifted for approximately 45-60 minutes from the start of the event. Optionally a destructible Valor-class Battleship (custom PoB) could also be present in the vicinity of the nearby GRN station.
Individual event details
For the combat events the initially intended monetary reward is 2.500.000 Credits per kill, although this can be negotiated. I however definitely wouldn't go further than 5.000.000 Credits.
For the two different kinds of commodity events the suggestions for profits (CSU) optimized just below 5 CSU are the following:
Buy location Destination Commodity Travel time (S) Buy cost (Cr) Sell price (Cr) Profit (CU)* Profit (CSU)* Toulouse Oblique WASPs 735 5.000 8.650 3.650 4,96599Toulouse Hades WASPs 732 5.000 8.650 3.650 4,98634Toulouse Sulawesi WASPs 543 5.000 2.700 2.700 4,97238Sabah Oblique CDI Ammo 883 5.000 9.400 4.400 4,98301Sabah Hades CDI Ammo 879 5.000 9.350 4.350 4,94881Sabah Sulawesi CDI Ammo 691 5.000 3.450 3.450 4,99276Quillan Oblique GDA HRs 578 3.500 2.850 2.850 4,93080Quillan Hades GDA HRs 607 3.500 3.000 3.000 4,94234Quillan Sulawesi GDA HRs 418 3.500 5.550 2.050 4,90431
Alternatively here is a list of suggestions with profits (CSU) optimized just below 3,5 CSU:
Buy location Destination Commodity Travel time (S) Buy cost (Cr) Sell price (Cr) Profit (CU)* Profit (CSU)* Toulouse Oblique WASPs 735 3.500 6.050 2.550 3,46939Toulouse Hades WASPs 732 3.500 6.050 2.550 3,48361Toulouse Sulawesi WASPs 543 3.500 1.900 1.900 3,49908Sabah Oblique CDI Ammo 883 3.500 6.550 3.050 3,45413Sabah Hades CDI Ammo 879 3.500 6.550 3.050 3,46985Sabah Sulawesi CDI Ammo 691 3.500 2.400 2.400 3,47323Quillan Oblique GDA HRs 578 2.500 2.000 2.000 3,46021Quillan Hades GDA HRs 607 2.500 2.100 2.100 3,45964Quillan Sulawesi GDA HRs 418 2.500 3.950 1.450 3,46890
Optionally a mixture of the above could be used where deliveries to own base yield 5 CSU profit, to allied base and cargo piracy yield 3,5 CSU profit. Upon request I can calculate other prices as well.
For the Prologue the proposed buy costs and sell prices can be used, for the commodity events of each Chapter the sell prices can be made equal to the buy costs with the profits (CU) set as delivery rewards per unit of commodity.
For the sake of clarity, Cr means credits, CU means credits per unit, CSU means credits per second and per unit. I've used FL Companion to calculate travel times.
*Both kind of Profits (CU; CSU) are displaying results of calculations from 0 credits buy price settings in case of deliveries between hostile stations. This means that sell price has been optimised with cargo piracy in mind, and as a result direct deliveries yield negative profit margins.
Commodity infocards
For the event I would like to propose custom infocards for each custom faction commodity.
Wartime Ammunition Supply Packages / WASPs
Wartime Ammunition Supply Packages, or in short WASPs, are The Council's most used method to store and carry ammunitions quickly and effectively from their factories to wherever they are needed. As it has been widely used in the conflicts of past years, it is likely that they or their allies will make a good use of these packages during the assault on the Gallic Royal Navy garrison of the Tau-44 system. Of course as long as they reach their intended destination.
CDI Ammunitions
The Crayter Defense Industries have been the main arms and ammunition production company of the Crayter Republic, their products have so far been the perfect choice against the Gallic Royal Navy or any other enemy the Republic may have to face, according to numerous soldiers and pilots. Technological collaboration between the Crayter Republic and The Council resulted in these products being compatible with Gallic technology, if the need and occasion arrises, their allies will be able to use them as well. And so their enemies.
GDA Heavy Rounds
The Gallic Royal Armory's recent collaboration with the R&D deparment of EFL Oil and Machinery gave birth of a recent invention, the seemingly cost effective GDA Heavy Rounds, ammunition for capital grade heavy artillery turrets and station defenses. The initial location of testing was intended to be Quillan, but the attack on GRN forces in Tau-44 might fast forward it to live test on the enemies of the Crown. They may like this new toy more than the GRN anticipates them to.
Epilogue
GRN finally gets driven out of the system as the Crayter Republic - with the help of The Council - takes back what once belonged to them, as promised here:
[2016.05.16. 11:55:25] Thyr'zul - [C]: that stuff with C/CR getting full control over Tau44 if we RP stuff still stands, right?
[2016.05.16. 23:48:15] Rohj Teerin (Jeremy) - Dev Rep: Yep
Proposed time and date of the event
The sooner the better. If we could start with the Prologue on the 1st of June, likely around 19.00 UTC, that would be great. Alternatively we could start on 4th or 5th (weekend), about the same time.
Expected duration of the event
Prologue: 1 or 2 weeks time limit.
Chapters: 100 kill limit, then 250.000 unit commodity delivery limit per each chapter. From 1 week to 1 month in between each Chapter. Can be reduced if deemed necessary.
Finale: 1-1,5 hours.
Alternatively, if Storyline Development Team says so, then the series lasts until the next update involving changes to Tau-44, in which case the event proceeds directly to the Finale regardless of score.
