Temporary dock-able base needs to be spawned in the Red Deer debris field, containing a large amount of a temporary commodity of Red Deer Scrap to be sold elsewhere
TL;DR description of the event:
USI bought the remains of Red Deer Station in Alberta with the intent of rebuilding it in order to gain a stronger foothold in the system. The first phase of this plan involved removing all but the largest sections of hull so that it would be easier and less hazardous to work on fixing the remaining sections; using the help of DSE through contract, and Junkers who would salvage on their own, hoping to find valuable LPI equipment.
