We would like to make the first step for signing a peace treatty with The Coalition. We think this conflict was motivated by a misunderstood, and we understand there is no profit for nobody to continue with it.
The Wanderers Brotherhood, is a zoner civil faction and try to be neutral to every factions in Sirius, and The Coalition is not an exception.
The Brotherhood don't own any base or system which could be of strategic interest for the SCRA, and we don't have interest in nothing the coalition have, so we understand the hostilities won't give profit neither the wanderers or the coalition.
For avoiding any problem none of our brothers or sisters will enter on Omega 52 system. It will be considered as a forbidden territory for the Brotherhood. Brothers and sister will be encouraged to avoid contacts with The Coalition ships, and, as long they ignore us, we will ignore them.
As the first conflict between our people was after a conversation with two Coalition vessels, we understand this will prevent more problems.

If you want peace with the SCRA, you'll have to follow the following terms. Until you do, we'll continue to vaporize all WDR vessels we see. By the way, I'm generously saving you the need to buy yourself another battlestar, as the last two have been rather decimated...
1) All WDR Destroyers, Cruisers, and Battleships will be decomissioned immediatly, no exceptions. As you claim to be a 'peaceful, civilian' organization, I'm sure you don't need them, and their presence only provokes my pilots. The largest combat ship you shall be allowed is a Gunboat, and any violation of these terms with result in the continuation of hostilities.
2) As reparation for the loss of our supply lines, and the needless destruction of Coalition Civilians, we demand the following be delivered within 48 hours:
-8 Supernova Antimatter Cannons
-16 Mini-Razors
-4 Fighter Armour Upgrades Mk VIII
-10 Nuclear Mine Droppers
You should easily be able to afford it, as you should get quite a load of resources for scrapping your capital ships.
3) In addition, we demand a signed apology, handwritten in triplicate, to all members of the Coalition and any Zoners who've been harmed by your actions. It must be released on a public channel, and made avaliable to all. You must accept full responsibility for causing this little conflict, and genuinely apologize.
If there is no response to these demands within 24 hours, we shall assume you wish to continue your losing fight, and you will not be offered another chance.

First I must say sorry for the lose of yours pilots but, I lie (they attack us far from home).
Well yours conditions are "nice", but we have others.
We accept your first term if you accept, that any one of you never attack any vessel (except in selfdefence, of course).
Like second, if you want that war materiel... good, we are not arms dealers, but if you pay, we have no problem in deliver all that you need.
Like third, apologize because you began to shoot... if you want we will writte the apologize in your name. Help others is our principal goal, but for this apology best if you writte it.
Please Grand Admiral McIntosh, untill now we try to avoid that war. All Wanderers pilots have restricted Omega 52 (except if you want the war materiel, I said you that 50% first).
Now, when you really will be ready to a true peace negoatiations, ask for us and you will receive an appropiate response. And son, mature a bit, your strident (and false) speeches are fine for yours followers but not for the humanity (sorry, the rest of).

Look here, sonny jim ladderson, if you're going to ask for peace, you shouldn't open up by telling me that you're not sorry about one of my boys getting killed, far from home, for no damn good reason.
Second, you've blown it. This was your single chance to make peace, a peace that you asked for, and you blew it. There will be no other chances, the next time you ask for us, there will be no reply. The Coalition is declaring a state of unilateral war on you, for the rest of time. Any warship, transport, training vessel, or fighter you care to field will drown in their own blood.
I won't give you a second of peace that you ask for, if this is the way you respond to a reasonable offer. I hope you're willing to have the blood of a lot of your men on your hands, because it won't be on mine.

Another matter son and this is personal, Manny only is said to me by my friends. You can not gain the right, but in a future... who knows. I can not say sorry for yours pilots losses because they shooted firsts, but they falled (most of them) in Omega 52 (that happens when you attack others in the home of a third side). I regret the loss of human lifes, but we mourn the loss of ours brothers and sisters and I lie if I said that mourn for yours losses.

I hear a lot of whinging and crying these days, from some very ignorant people. People that claim to be non-aggressive, peaceful civilians.
Answer me this, fools.
If you aren't aggressive, what were you doing in the sovereign territory of a self-confessed aggressive military state?
If you are peaceful civilians, why the battleships?
You are obviously liars, and bad ones at that. Our space, whose mapping is a military secret for defensive purposes, was violated by a group in possession of high-grade military equipment, who then had the gall to say that it was their
right to enter such space..
We made peace demands, something the SCRA very rarely does, as an escalation was caused by an attempt to gouge us and cause trouble for our people on Gran Canaria, who have now had to leave their homes.
Our generous offer was ignored.
Now, we enter a state of total war. See the following:
- All WDR ships are legitimate targets.
- This includes fighters, bombers, capital ships, freighters and transports.
- Freighters and transports are legitimate targets because they fly the same colours as their battleships. If [RM] used transports, we'd destroy them too, as they obviously aren't civilians.
- WDR are not considered civilians by the SCRA, as they have tried to act like a military. Act like a hostile military, get treated like a hostile military.
- The WDR have peace demands from the SCRA on the table. Take them or leave them, we don't really care. We don't need to dock on your stations, we don't need you to act peacefully towards us. We have our own station, and we are fully capable of crushing you.
Now, again, the WDR can surrender, if they are truly the civilian group they claim to be. I say they lie, and I say they shall be destroyed.

Let me guess, you learned your negotiating skills at Manhattan's $3 Degree College's 5-hour Galactic Diplomacy Course, right?
Here's the short of it:
We don't really care if we're at peace or at war with you. We know war, and are experts at it. You will only provide training for our fighters and bombers.
You claim to be defensive... yet you entered a militarily restricted system. That is an aggressive act of war, and now we started this, apparently. We didn't invade sovereign WDR territory, the WDR crossed our borders without permission.
Travelling through Omega-52 for any reason is enough to get you shot. When you then act like it's your right, things get a lot worse. Doing it for business really infuriates me. We are a Communist revolution. We don't care about your dirty money or your capitalist profiteering.
We can and we will defeat you, utterly. You will either surrender on terms which we will accept, or you will be eradicated. We've done this before, and can do it again.

And yes my dear boy you are experts in war... losing wars. War son, is more than hit and run tactics or attack with overhelming forces... in war people died, in war all lose. The "winner" is who lose less.

Check your history books, oh honoured diplomat. You'll find we've won plenty wars, and, more recently, even crippled a certain flagship of yours more than once, losing much less than you have. I believe your ships have downed a single light fighter, the least resource-intensive ship in our fleet.
