No. You can alter your .wav files and .mat files freely. Just make sure the names don't change.
So effects are off limits? Like replacing the snac effect for the effect of a stalker missile?
Pretty sure that can be replaced, too. Otherwise, using Operator's graphic mod would have triggered Anti-Cheat for a year now.
