So it has been a while since there was an event that was set up to, ideally, incorporate as much area as it can, with plenty of IDs involved. The last attempt to do so was the Tridente Blockade, which never came into fruition due to mine and Hannibal's knowledge of the event plugin and its unknown quirks back at the day. Ever since, however, things have been ironed out and with the last event in Kyushu testing some of the last details, I think it is time for something a bit more complex.

AN EXCHANGE OF PLEASANTRIES
Combat Event | Trade Event
Description
Out of all of the cargo being moved between the houses per cycle, a rather sizable portion has always been attributed to the institutions belonging to military. These sealed, often armored containers, usually transported by ships and guard that far exceed the normal prerequisites of civilian transit, would be the home of a wide assortment of cargo - starting from exchanged technologies and physical parts of research and equipment as well as ship parts for lended craft and ending with much less enticing things - such as the recovered, frozen remains of missing patrols recovered at the less guarded border systems. No matter the type, all of the cargo of this nature is sensitive in one way or another and trusted to only members of the military to move. Freelancers and other individuals who would try to forge the needed documents for pickup may quickly find that being caught with such cargo would result in trouble - although some believe the risk is worth it. At the same time, successful ambushes on these convoys will very much mean a ripe pay day for any criminal that knows who to fence these goods off to.
Event Area
Event Goals
Military and Int Faction IDs: Deliver the goods to their respective goals. For the duration of the event, snubs and transports will be allowed to escort their own IDed transports carrying the event commodity and not only engage unlawful ships in order to protect them outside their ZOI, but also will receive a 15 million credit bonus for every kill they make on their journey. See the map above to see which systems will be covered by the bonus.
Police IDs: Are to make sure that no non-military ship tries to transport the cargo. It is highly advised by the event focus that the official factions/governments do not permit house-trading factions to transport the goods. This is your event.
Pirate IDs: Will be able to obtain the transported cargo and sell it off on freelancer bases. The cargo will be worth plenty enough to make it worth your time and the upfront payment as well as the end price will make sure that the traders - if caught helpless, will be inclined to pay a good enough sum to get away.
House-Corp IDs: You are not the focus of this event, but you are able to use your ID lines to assist allied ships out of your ZOI and provide extra escort services, though you are not eligible for the automatic kill bonus.
Special!
For the purpose of this event and in preparation for the changes in 4.89, the Gallic Royal Police ID will be renamed to the Gallic Royal Intelligence ID - an intel faction ID. Their snubs and transports will be given an additional ZOI coverage compared to their GRN counterpart and they will not only be able to treat Bretonian and Libertonian military IDs as combat targets (except for transports), but also will get a 25 million credit bonus for every kill on these IDs in the systems that overlap their ZOI and the map above. The specific systems will be elaborated on in their ID description. Once 89 hits, the ID will be finalized with an updated ZOI and lines befitting a standard intelligence ID, albeit with a few tweaks.
