My apologies for my actions as it has been several years since i have played and the new ID regulation had me confused with JUNKER/PIRATE actions as i was Allied to the Individual upon his request for ransom i have read the updated rules and understand i should stay in RP within System chat. I would also like to state this was not a one sided event but realize my action where out of hand, I would also like to State i no longer wish to have any RP association with the player known as Little.Blue.Panda as i feel his actions after the event (stalking my other characters) will cause a negative effect on my RP with others.

It is within your rights and would appear very reasonable, after what the other Character did to you, for you to avoid him.

The Rules do require that you RP your Character if you happen to come across him again (as long as it is within the Rules).

I am sure that the said Player will not 'stalk you' as he is well aware of the Rules.

In the meantime I have released you Ship back in to the Universe.

Thank you, I'm sorry for the situation once again and hopefully in time we will be able to RP properly. In the meantime i will RP when needed with this character and enjoy the fresh smell (or not so fresh smell *Tau 23*) of freedom after what seemed a life stretch in Prison.
