TL&DR nobody cares

Battleship Nagumo is in trouble. The battle-group is in urgent needs of repairs and supplies after the disaster occurring on planet Kyushu. To make things worse, it needs to be constantly on the move to avoid being pinned down by Blood Dragons or Imperials.

Aware of this issue, Kusari Naval Forces admiralty decided to send to Kyushu system a battle-group composed of elements belonging to the First and Fourth fleets. The battle-group role is to monopolize Imperial forces attention while a group of transports and repair ships would be reaching Battleship Nagumo to perform emergency repairs, offload supplies and proceed to personnel transfer.
