This is not the first time you cross our desks. Your ID does not have zone of influence in the system you decided to pirate a zoner in. Even more so, while we were not able to confirm the cargo of the transport at the time, demanding 15 million credits from a transport with standard cargo is considered as borderline unreasonable demand.
