i have good hands and good computer skills and im thinking off making the 'infamous' Passenger Cargo Pod that i think Dark oddity brought up..... and i think i want to have a 'punt' to try it

so if anybody could tell thanks

p.s Does milkshape automatically save as .Cmp?
What is milkshake?
Try your computer skills on this:

Type "milkshape" into the search bar on "www.google.com" and click the first link that comes up.

Jokes aside, Milkshape is shareware and runs out 30 days after install etc etc. It's cheap to buy for a 3d package (though Gmax is even cheaper - it's free). And no, CMP functionality does not come as standard, the Freelancer mod community have helpfully built CMP import and export plugins for use with Milkshape, available on Lancer's Reactor. I would urge you not to post any Milkshape troubles here as everything you need to know is covered in the forums at Lancer's Reactor, knock yourself out- that's all the help you're getting from me.

God I love that reply! It's like the classic RTFM.

Anyways all the advice Badger gave ya is exactly how you should go about it, Milkshape is nice, but I don't have the willingness to pay for it.

Well a Milkshake is a malt beverage popularized in early america, very tasty ice-cream snack/drink. Yum makes me want one...

Anyways for real though, Milkshape is a 3D Modelling tool used to design the models for the ships you see in Freelancer built by players.
LOL dark oddity!!!! oh i was only thinking that there was a 'no payment' version i could download for free of somewhere (I CANT WAIT TO TRY TO MAKE THE CARGO POD)
