Hi I was wondering if you can get the nomad parts needed to build cloaking devices from killing nomads?

Yes you can. But not from all of them; ones in Omicron Delta(except the ones around Omicron Lost jumphole), Omicron Gamma etc. won't drop any remains.(The ones that drop have remains in their cargo hold anyway.) In Omicron Lost they drop remains, but I don't know a good spot to hunt them. But afaik people commonly use Omicron Psi to hunt nomads. Keep in mind those that drop remains aren't like common NPCs, so their shots will hurt.
