Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: This is a slightly different case than the usual. We are not constructing the station from the ground up, and are rather reactivating an abandoned station that was never completed. We found it during one of our patrols of the system that houses it, and have already began operations to bring it online. The station itself will be used as a Forlorn outpost and rally point for operations in the system and its neighbors, and will naturally be open to Liberty forces once the docking modules are brought online.
