The IMG has over the last years constructed "New Life Hospital", a facility that offers state of the art medical care to its patients and that - together with the help of innovative Cryer drugs - combats Cardamine addiction and its catastrophic consequences.

The Guild requires help with upgrading the hospital.

We have decided to include the Pilgrim Liner "Star Voyage" that was caught trafficking humans towards Malta, as a permanent extension to the hospital, and as a living symbol against the inhumanity of human trafficking.

The integration of the "Star Voyage" will require a massive effort in many different fields, and any of these steps require construction materials to be shipped from all over Sirius and Gallia:

1. Anchoring the Liner: The Liner needs to be achored permanently on the asteroid surface. Drilling work, as well as reinforcement work of the connecting links between station and Liner need to be done.
   
2. Complete interior refurbishment: The former slave ship needs masive changes to its interior to be suitable for the new use as a quarantine station in starboard section 2. Additional housing for staff, as well as more room for patients are planned. Solar power will assist in supplying it with energy due to the strong solar activity in Tau 37.
   
3. Inclusion of the Liner into Falkland's station shielding: With the ship taking a permanent part in the development of New Life Hospital, it needs strong shielding to withstand asteroid hits, radiation, but also potential attack by the Outcast against the installation.
