I have recently sold some ore on a player's base, started to sell them 1 by 1 cause there wasn't enough space for goods.
When I tried to launch the voice said "Can't launch without a power plant"

Is it possible to fix it?

Firstly, have you logged out of the Game and then re-logged? Sometimes this fixes the problem.
There is a Thread for this, found under the Player Help Tab at the top of the Page.
In the meantime, I have checked your Ship and it has a powerplant, so, in this case, the first sentence appears to be in order.
Thank you, I have changed the character and that didn't help.
Relogged and that solved the issue.

Sorry I didn't try all options as it didn't allow me to relogin due to some connectivity issues.
After 10 minutes I managed to log back in.
