I've heard a lot about the models being finished and that the ships are very close to release state. There must be a person behind it all — or a distinct lack of person because everyone was busy with something else all this time.
Who exactly is responsible for implementing it?
I hope to get a clear answer from the devs themselves because I'm tired of rumours and nothing else.
