I'm having connectivity issues ever since two weeks ago (2017-09-14): Discovery Freelancer prevents my connection to the game server by aborting the connection attempt after a few seconds of freeze.

On the other hand SP is working, web browsing, Skype, Discord are working, my internet connection seems to be pretty fine according to speedtest.net. Lastly I've also done some tests with WinMTR, results are the following:

Please help.

Have your tried restarting the router in your residence? It has happened to me a few times, and a power reset of the internet connection did brought some improvement.

Yes, I did and it did not improve the situation. I may try it again if there are no better alternatives.

Issue apparently resolved, I was able to log into the game on five different accounts in the last hour and the host in question (45x-s32-1-a9k1.dc3.poneytelecom.eu) has shown a mere 5% loss during a recent WinMTR test.

Looks like the issue was only temporarily resolved, and is now back. Perfect timing, I was just about to raid with my pmuch dead faction.
