Access to these dossiers is restricted to the Director of the LSF, the Department Chief of Internal Affairs, and in certain cases, the Senior Agent in Command of Internal Affairs. Any breach of encrypted files stored within this database, willful or otherwise, is a violation of the Neural Net Communications Act 807A.S., Section 22, in addition to 10 LSC 1920.

A bit of a troubled individual. Not necessarily your average loner agent - he'll work in groups fine enough if you let him keep the gear on. I can understand why, given his circumstances, but I wouldn't put up with it if it weren't for his usefulness. Unfortunately he's got plenty of that and enough luck to fill in the gaps. If he can use that to his advantage, and keep our ranks from being filled with unsavory elements, then I'm all the happier. But if he fails, well, it won't be hard to ignore the corpse of a man that doesn't exist.

Siren is incredibly loyal to Liberty. At times, disturbingly so. She has sacrificed her well being to perform above and beyond her assigned duties. Her kill count climbs almost daily, yet it's not due to blood lust. She has also been flagged for probable abuse of stims while on duty, which considering the number of flight hours she has logged, is understandable. The preliminary signs suggest an agent that's going to burn out rapidly.
Yet I fear for her mental health the most. I am convinced Siren and Hadley are two entirely persons at this point, and Hadley has been M.I.A for several years. In elongated conversations with Siren, she continues to show minimal emotional reaction, and even when I do find a way to earn a reaction, it's almost immediately dismissed. A twitch of the lips or some color in her eyes, but anything that might convince someone she was human is usually subdued.
The only reliable reaction I can get is when referring to her as 'Samantha' or 'Hadley', and it's usually aggressive dismissal or sometimes anger if I press my case. Hadley does not want to exist, or Hadley does not want to connect herself with her deeds. Hadley is now required to have an evaluation every three months. If possible, every six weeks.

Attached below is a mental and character evaluation carried out internally by DSE. Initial impression of the subject was not noteworthy.
Health and Safety evaluation: Dr. Bryan Barnes Campbell
Doctor Campbell, called Doctor C. by his seniors and Soup by his juniors, is outstanding in multiple ways, the first being a lack of outstanding character traits. He rarely responds to emotional stimulus on the job. He is blunt and to the point in all interactions. He is deceptively average in all social situations. Despite the playfulness of some of his younger subordinates, he doesn't form particular emotional ties to most of them. He does his job well and doesn't do much else.
His work in the field has been outstanding as well. While there is no particular discovery attributed directly to Doctor Campbell, his work had lead to proof of concept construction of several concepts previously thought entirely theoretical.
Upon being informed of the potential to transfer to the LSF Research team, Dr. Campbell was initially excited at the prospect of expanding his materials science career. He expressed no concerns for the uncertainty of his future in LSF, no concerns for the uncertainty of his current colleagues, and little concern for other miscellaneous people.
Dr. Campbell has no outside relationships. His elderly parents passed away as he attended university, and his mentor in the material sciences passed away shortly after he completed his intern period. Within the company, he maintains a professional attitude and contact with all employees save a Miss Kiera Margaret Kingsley. Miss Kingsley has a certain infatuation with Dr. Campbell, and tends to engage in hyperactive contact with the doctor whenever the opportunity arises.
DSE highly recommends Dr Campbell for the success of any materials research.
A side note, this Kiera Kingsley is something of an emotional backboard for him, like a pet almost. While it seems unnecessary and unlikely currently, it may become optimal in the future to have Kingsley brought in for his mental or emotional stability.
