Since they are all in the game files, all you need is some datastorming. You can find the models in the Discovery Freelancer 4.88.1\DATA\SHIPS\NOMAD2 folder, BOSS is the Suncrusher and ARTILLERY has the two Ish'tar models. The Ish'tar itself can be bought in Bastille at Guard Station, try it in Singleplayer. The Suncrusher however is a bit more difficult to obtain. You'd need to create a server for it. It comes with all the files, so you can technically roam around ingame with the dsy_no2_boss if you give that ship to yourself via server commands. I myself don't know the server stuff, but I know some Discovery admins had nothing better to do then to drop two Suncrushers at Spazzy during a Q&A stream a few months ago.
