Kazuno Outpost

A recently constructed outpost by Kusari Naval Forces in Sigma 21, Kazuno Outpost serves as a temporary base of operation for the squadrons protecting Kusari / Rheinland alternate trade route through Sigma 21 and Sigma 15 systems, as well as a storage platform to extend the projection capabilities of Naval Forces heavy units in the far Sigmas and the Omicrons systems.

The base has been recently opened to civilians and houses still quite austere amenities such as a bar where Naval Forces personnel - and now civilians from various horizons - can spend some relaxing time before returning to their duties. Supply routes from Honshu system are still far from being reliably established, however, products such as high quality tea or renowned Sake being still a rare sight as a consequence.

Several areas in the Outpost are still off limit to civilians; rumors have it in the bar 66th was recently granted a significant part of Kazuno amenities. What they do there, nobody truly knows. Those members of the 66th division have always been quite creepy anyway, much like 113th ones used to be.
Still... Not as much as those Tokkeitai freaks. A few have been whispering, before looking around carefully, about the strong presence of the Secret Police on this newly founded outpost, spying on everything and everyone. But maybe those tales are just what they are... Fairy tales to forget, even for a moment, about the stress induced by those missions in a space contested by so many guests...

As expected, at very least neutral standing with Kusari Naval Forces is required to dock to Kazuno Outpost.

Available areas :
- The docks. Bare and small, with limited equipment available.
- The bar. Small and generally crowded, featuring the wonderful and generally cheerful bartender Inoue Kimitada.
- 66th restricted amenities. Better have a very good reason to venture there.
- Unnamed Naval Forces squadrons barracks and basic amenities. Restricted access, but not as much as 66th's areas.

The dust had barely started to settle on his straight surface after another long day. The headcount was finally getting lower in the bar and only a few unlucky tables were still occupied. But our table, the hero of this story, could yet enjoy a well earned rest.

It had only been a few minutes since the voluptuous barmaid rubbed his back with a soft sponge, carressing every inch and crevice of his wooden top with loving care, making him purr in delight and leave him wet. While he was drying, feeling the gentle touch of the cooly air on his sensitive body, he was so looking forward to a comfortable end to the night.
The brave Sub-Lieutenant Ujisato Gamo just concluded a longe range scouting assignment in Sigma 17 to gather Information about the on going conflict between GMG and Samura for planet Kurile. Even though this new conflict with Rheinland probably monopolized GMG's attention at the moment, Ujisato still noticed some small scale skirmishes between Hogosha and GMG paramilitary. Kurile atmospheric ring was still severely damaged as well, obviously limiting traffic to the offshore stations planet-side.

Nothing too scary occurred during the assignment, but the flight had been long and tiring. All Ujisato wanted was to hit the small bunk that was assigned to him in one of the quarters assigned to the flight squadrons on board Kazuno, a small room he shared with five others officers he barely knew. Perhaps even, with some luck, he would find some time to meditate, in order to relax and forget about this stressing and inconsistent life that was his since a decade now.
But he had first to return that book about the famous painter Kurosawa Musashi (502.A.S. - 568.A.S.) that Inoue-san gave him a few days ago. Ujisato was rarely visiting this bar they recently opened on the station because he wasn't quite at ease with crowded spaces full of noisy people.

But that moment was an exception, stuck between two shifts; a time slot Ujisato skillfully chose to avoid the crowd. Something however disturbed him even more dramatically than any noisy crowd could have.
A waitress wearing a rather... Small... Skirt? Was... Arg... Ujisato found himself frozen, mesmerized by the moves of this fantastic creature busy performing a legendary cleaning operation on a small and very ordinary table. Her hips were doing such moves that the otherwise brave and serene Sub-Lieutenant Ujisato Gamo couldn't help but keep on staring at this unexpected spectacle.

His eyes eventually moved however, noticing Inoue-san was staring at him. This unnerving discovery made our noble hero jump in surprise before dropping the book he was holding on desperately earlier, like a shipwrecked on his buoy.
The book made way too much noise as it hit the ground, making the rare customers present in the room gaze at the real hero of this story, the noble and fearless Sub-Lieutenant Ujisato Gamo, whose face was currently turning red.
Lieutenant-Commander Hitoshi arrives at the bar a bit behind Gamo, having been shown the local systems by him a few days ago. She does have a few contrasting feelings about her transferal to the outpost though. After finally being shuffled out of the training academy, being back in the... well back-line is a good change of pace.

Being able to fly a proper fighter again being the best of this, by far. After a particularly bad ejection inside a tiny Chimaera left her with a broken arm, the new Wyvern definitely suited her height of 180cm far better. While she was walking to the bar, she drifted off to think about the situation on the outpost.

Kazuno is a backwater that suddenly become important with the outbreak of the GMG tumbling with the Rheinland Military, there wouldn't be a lack of action... Hopefully? Having sweet and cute Gamo-san here is definitely a bonus, oh there he is now.

Hitoshi stops daydreaming about her predicament to barely glance at Gamo's situation, being a fairly typical one from what she knows of him and she knows just what to do. "Gamo-san, are you okay?" She puts a hand on his shoulder quickly from behind after speaking, pinning him firmly in place, knowing that he will try to run away. She reaches down to pick up his fallen book, not knowing what made him jump so badly since he didn't see her first.
Our noble hero jumped with surprise before attempting to get away, but the iron grip of that scary force of nature Hitoshi Rita was left him no room for success. Anxiously turning his head to confirm the person behind him was who he thought to be, he uttered :
"H...Hai... G..G..Gomenasai, Hitoshi-san. I'm o...o..." he couldn't conclude when he realized Hitoshi eventually discovered the source of his previous attention. Her stare became as cold as Honshu's ocean during an ignominious typhoon as she followed her walking towards them.
"Ahh.. Ahhhhhhh..." emitted our glorious hero, hoping the generous waitress would just walk past them without a word.

At first, she appeared to do so. But she eventually stopped for a second before taking the decision to make a step back until she would face Gamo, who was now busy studying the wall decorations with zeal. He couldn't help however to look back at her face as she was standing in front of them. She was smiling, and obviously about to ask something when Hitoshi jumped on her with fury, screaming the battle cry of "Don't touch Gamo-san, you sow!"

Our respected and benevolent savior of Kusari, if not Sirius sector as a whole, grimaced as he looked at the two women fighting and arguing, now ignoring him completely.
"Eto..." he whispered, scratching the back of his head confusedly, not knowing exactly what to do. He then noticed Inoue-san by his side, gazing at the scene like he did.
"Well, my young friend, shouldn't you ask them to not fight for you, so that they fight even longer?" asked the old barman half jokingly.
"Eh.... Y...You think?" pondered our brave sub-lieutenant, staring at this odd spectacle that was unfolding in front of him.
On second thought, instead of doing that, perhaps it was a good time to proceed with a tactical retreat. Gamo Ujisato began to make careful and silent little steps towards the exit of the bar, wary of the eventual bear traps he could find along the way.
As Gamo makes his very predictable exit, behind him there is the crashing noise of flesh on flesh, latching onto him worse than a bear trap. He glances back to see Hitoshi standing victoriously over her opponent, right hand raised high, a bit ridiculous given her height already. Her uniform shows small scuffing and generally being tossed up a bit but the poor barmaid's skirt pulled down to be less revealing... and a noticeable red mark across her left cheek where Hitoshi had slapped her to the floor. There is a slight sigh from the few patrons of the bar as their entertainment is cut short.

"G-Gamo-san. This... woman wants to apologise to you for her inadequacies in dress." Hitoshi calls over to him, taking a deep breath in the middle of the sentence to calm down. Its not hard to realise that she put the fight to such an abrupt because of his attempt to leave. She adjusts her own uniform a bit before turning to look at him with an unnerving way that she saves just for him, although her blushing face cushions its intensity.
"Ah...Ahhh..." utters Gamo Ujisato in panic, realizing he has been detected by the heavy battle-tank Hitoshi Rita figuratively is; its turret now turned towards him and ready to fire shells of massive destruction if he dares running away.

It's like those predators with a compulsory instinct to attack if a potential target runs away, he ventures. It's best to face it and look threatening, perhaps? No... Maybe just backing off slowly while diverting her somehow...
"Ho, a...arigato, Hitoshi-san..." replied our hero while scratching the back his head awkwardly "I... I'm sure that m...m...miss didn't have b...b...bad intention..."
He made slowly a step backwards towards the exit while smiling awkwardly.. "B.By the way... May I offer you a d..d..drink? Take e...everything you want, you're my g...guest.."
Hitoshi blinks at Gamo-san's ill choice of words. "Everything I want?" She slowly smiles at him. She quickly takes a stride towards him, quickly closing the distance between them before he can react and grabs him by his sleeve. "Lets have some drinks then, Gamo-san."

She pulls Gamo along now, knowing that he has fully agreed now. He finds himself seated at a table against the wall, with the wall to his right and Hitoshi-san to his left. "What do you want to drink Gamo-san? I'm not sure what they have here." She smiles to him, completely blocking him in now to his fate.
"B..B...But I have a shift in t...t...two hours..." Objected our noble hero, knowing all too well this would not stop the ruthless and robust charger Hitoshi Rita was.
He sighed as she pushed him towards that table she chose, not knowing exactly how to decline that invitation. He made a final attempt to dodge that bullet, stuttering "I m..m...meant to say I w...would pay your d...d...drinks, no that.... We would.... P..P..Please... I have a shift... I c...c...can't stay...."

Eventually noticing how useless it was to object any longer, our fearless hero, the brave Sub-Lieutenant Gamo Ujisato, stopped fighting against the odds; glancing frantically around like those rats caught in a deadly trap for someone, anyone, who could save him from what would follow.
"You have a shift... but your in a bar. Gamo-san, are you lying to me?" Hitoshi's expression hardens away from the soft victory smile she was wearing. She leans in closer to him, "Lying isn't something you do, Ujisato-kun." She holds him in her gaze as she waits for his response, although she knows it will only make him squirm more,

As she leans close to him, perhaps into his small personal space, he can smell her somewhat relaxing and soft perfume of a peach.
