This is a Gold System. Shogunate recognised claim over Okinawa provides the clan Daimyo with an additional vote during Shogunate debates.

The defenders of Sendai Research Complex are without a doubt the best-armed pilots within the dragon fleets. Often known to use experimental weaponry and vessels in live combat situations the dragons on Sendai are some of the most renowned scientists from across the shogunate. This being the case does mean that these pilots tend to focus on improving their designs rather than honing their piloting skills. Although the clan ruling over Okinawa can expect first look into any new tech, they will need to look elsewhere for skilled pilots.
